Supportive Celebrities

I have recieved a TON of email this past week from readers in search of a list of celebrities who support our President, this country and the effort towards the liberation of the people of Iraq. We’ve had this list on the website since it’s inception – however, I think the way it was linked made it difficult to find. I changed the link header (over there on the left) it’s now called “Patriotic Celebrities – In Support” – click on that link and you’ll find celebs listed there who suport this country and their quotes and statements in regards to Bush, the war on Iraq and other miscellaneous quips. It’s not an exhaustive list, by far! It is growing by the day – - so be patient as we try to keep up with the flow of it all!

  1. 107- Due process, that’s how.

    Ted

  2. 106- one other thing I meant to inject: There are other circumstance besides defense of an innocent that justifies death in our society such as accidental deaths, mental instability, the death penalty and abortion.

    Ted

  3. 107- What is the ratio of bad convictions to good?

  4. Ted – i misspoke about capital punishment. i addressed abortion.

peejz. 113 innocent men were on their way to die because of bad convictions. ratios is too weak an argument when talking about killing innocent people.

how many wars is it okay to prosecute because of bad intel?

  5. 112- So is your arguement that it is okay to give them life in prison, just don’t put them to death? The ratio is very important to your arguement.

  6. life without parole is a just sentence for those who society has deemed unfit to walk among us.

  7. But what about those sitting there that are innocent?
Shiloh, though I admire your stance, I couldn’t disagree more.
There is no excuse for someone sitting in prison that is innocent of the crime for which they are doing the time. But I keep reading your words and you seem to limit your arguement to GWB and Texas. I think we would both agree that this is not limited to Texas. Nor is GWB the only Governor that has had people exonorated on their watch. But where we disagree is the punishment itself. If you can’t do the time, don’t do the time.

  8. Oh how I am not a fan of Spam Karma!

  9. i only bring up Texas & GWB because they executed more people than any other state. this is not a partisan attack.
