Temper, temper, Tyson

Tyson says he wants to rape former accuser

NEW YORK (May 29) — Mike Tyson said he’s so angry about his rape conviction 11 years ago that he wants to rape his accuser and her mother now.

(snip)

“I JUST HATE her guts. She put me in that state, where I don’t know,” Tyson said. “I really wish I did now. But now I really do want to rape her.”

Meanwhile…in later news – - Tyson states he enlisted OJ Simpson in his quest to find the ‘real’ rapist. (/sarcasm)

  1. Is this guy for real?

Can he not be held accountable for his words? I mean he is stating his intentions of doing a crime – - isn’t that premeditated? Would he actually have to commit the crime in order to be called into check for this?

  2. Can’t something legally be done about this? I mean he was obviously convicted if he went to prison and rape is so very hard to prove. I believe in my heart he raped this poor woman and now he’s doing it again w/his words. My heart goes out to Mike Tysons victim and her family, they shouldn’t have to be subjected to this kind of torture anymore. Just sickening…

  3. YEs indeed Rape is a Hard thing to Prove and if he really were innocent he would never have been convicted in the 1st place.

I think the only reason he served as long as he did for his Crime was due to the fact that he’s a Celebrity. Had he been a Regular Person he would have been Sentenced longer.

He should have been executed for Rape but last I checked I think only 2 States in the Union issue Death Penalty for Rape(I could be wrong on that though)Of course we know more than 2 issue Death Penalty for Murder but anyways im certain that Indiana where Mike Tyson commited the crime definately does not execute for Rape.

You know what though Mike Tyson’s Victim Desiree Washington’s intention on Prosecuting Mike Tyson for Rape was not for the purpose of taking his Career but so he could get help.

I usually perfer that a Murderer and Rapist get Executed unless the individual is a Minor or is Mentally Incapable of Understanding Right from Wrong.

It did seem however that Mike Tyson had turned his Life around after he got released from Prison cause yes indeed some people have actually turned their Life around while in Prison even Murder and Rape.

However of the number of people in Prison for Murder and/or Rape only a small percentage truely did turn their life around and repent of their Evil Deeds. Most on the other hand never do.

And it looks like Mike Tyson is definately not sorry for the Rape he commited.

As I stated I do support the Death Penalty although I do support Life Sentences in States that don’t use the Death Penalty and since Indiana where Iron Mike was in Prison does not Execute for the Crime of Rape, Iron Mike should have stayed behind Iron Bars for the rest of his life.

I hope he goes back to Prison and if that happens I hope the Prison will strip him of Luxuries like TV, and various other Luxuries and I hope they make him eat Yucky Food and make him use a Metal Toilet.

  4. I heard an excerpt from the interview where Tyson says, “I’m f***ed up, I’ve got issues.” Understatement of the year????

  5. Tyson doesn’t have issues, he has entire subscriptions.

  6. Nice one Anna!!

I like how your mind works…. hehe.

That MORON Tyson. He has the IQ of a turnip and the staying power of George McGovern. Would someone simply tell him to either go to a speach therapist or shut up??

(Goodness. Travel abroad has made me hostile. Time for my meds.)

  7. This guy is true scum of the earth. It is just a matter of time before he screws up again. The problem is that he is truely dangerous, much like a rabid dog. And like a rabid dog, he needs put down.

    Ted

  8. me thinks that all Prosecuting Attorney’s around the country need to take note of the most public display of an intent to commit — it’s just a matter of time folks. Let us not let him off the hook by making him look too insane — he’s once a criminal, twice a criminal (well unless we believe eating hunks of live human ear a small snack) and three times doesn’t seem to be too far off now.

  9. He’s a thug. Pure and simple. The only reason people pay any attention to him at all is to hear what stupid thing comes out of his mouth next.

  10. I think people also listen to Mike out of fear, let’s face it he could knock you into next week if he wanted to…or bite your ear off…

  11. I’m so glad this guy is out of my state!

Ryan, No Indiana doesn’t believe in Death Penalty for Rape. I do believe there needs to be tougher laws though. I also believe that guys that rape should be castrated or have their “you know what’s” ripped off! Oh by the way, I have been told that life in prison is only 20 years. And you can get time and a half for good behavior.

Sandy, Yes Rape is a very hard crime to prove. Too many times the victim is put on trial for the crime instead of the rapist. I do believe that in this particular case though, the young lady that Tyson raped, have serious damage done to her, so the burden of proof was an open and shut case for the Prosecutor.

Chosesinconnues, you give Mike to much credit when comparing him to a turnip, I think the turnip would win hands down!!

Like Reilly, I believe that Mike should be held accountable for his actions and what he says. I believe all a person has to do is state that they want to kill the President, and they are in serious trouble. I think that Tyson needs to be investigated for his statements and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. But don’t bring him back to Indiana!! WE DON’T WANT HIM!!!

  12. What really maeks me sad is Tyson, OJ, and Michael Jackson (talk about issues) are all raising children! I predict a profitable round of tell-all books by these kids in years to come, and I say more power to them – they can use the money for LOTS of therapy.

  13. Rape does not need to be “proved”. Men can get convicted without real proof. Someone I know watched a show regards Tyson’s case reversed her feelings regards his guilt and now suspects he was not guilty.

Furthermore, “rape” is getting even easier to claim. Such as the guy in CA who was just convicted of “rape” because both were consenting and then while during the act, she decided she had to go and he didn’t stop for 60 seconds. He now has a rape conviction and sex offender status for life.

And then some assinine women want to have guys castrated for convicted “rape”.

I also found the usage of OJ and Tyson together quite interesting. OJ – not convicted, is considered guilty in the public eye. But no ever seems to think in the other direction, that perhaps Tyson wasn’t guilty.

I know from PERSONAL experience that when accused of something and totally 100% unable to prove that I didn’t do it, I am so disgusted with the whole thing that I consider going ahead and doing it after all. Like – if I am accused of it anyway, I might as well get the enjoyment of it to counter the accusation. I won’t discuss just what (it’s not rape), but that is how I feel over a wrongful accusation.

So, those of you claiming guys should be castrated for raping, put a sock in it. Even “memories” of who the attacker is has been proven wrong. One girl had a very vivid description of the rapist and time and location and all that. Only – it was proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that the guy was on TV at the station doing a live broadcast the time of the claim.

DNA evidence should be used 100% of the time and should be MORE binding than witnesses and memories.

  14. Lest there be any mistake from reading shazz’s comments, while I did lump OJ and Tyson together, I didn’t say I thought rapists should be castrated – other people did. I’ve never really believed mutilating a messed up person’s body was going to make him less messed up, unless you go all the way and do a lobotomy, in which case they don’t care about anything anymore. And funny you should mention DNA – I completely agree about DNA evidence – in OJ’s case there was tons – oh, did I say tons? I meant freakin’ TONS of it, and it didn’t convict him because his lawyer brilliantly and dispicably changed it from a trial about two dead people to a trial of society being racist. But anyone who thinks OJ didn’t do it is hopeless, at this point, so lets move on. Are innocent people convicted? Yes. Are guilty people let off? Yes. Are OJ, Tyson, and Michael Jackson grossly maladjusted people who unfortunately are in charge of little children? Yes. That was my only point. Shazz, I’m afraid if you want to drum up sympathy for Tyson or OJ, you’ve come to the wrong place. If Chooses says Tyson is scum, I guarantee you can take it to the bank that he is in fact scum – Chooses demands rational thought from all of us and puts us through our paces daily (unless he is in Italy) and he agrees with us on this one.

  15. I certainly never meant to imply Tyson wasn’t scum, never heard him talk or anything (not a boxing fan), don’t have comment on personality at all. Regards OJ, that too as I never followed up on what happened much there and again no opinion – I just remember a lot news about it.

My personal hot points were: 1) suggestions of multilation, 2) incorrect accusations and 3) incorrect freeing. Life isn’t fair, but there are just way too many trying to make that phrase the truth. Course, that is what this site and many others are showing.

  16. Shazz – please don’t take this as being written in a snippity way, it really is just an observation, but I think it’s interesting that you comment on – and clearly judge – society’s perception of OJ and Tyson, yet admit you haven’t really followed either situation yourself too much, and you make sweeping negative generalities about this site and what it’s about and who we are, but you haven’t been around that long to really get to know it, or us (unless you’ve been reading for a long time and not posting, in which case I will stand corrected on that point.) Stick around. You’ll get used to the style and climate of this site and learn what really makes it work.

  17. On my way to work this morning I was listening to Cam…Free Cam!, and on the Mike Tyson story, he mentioned that he only served a small part of the sentence. He did not serve his ORIGINAL sentence?

Gotta check this out. Mr. Tyson is a violent man in a violent sport. He claims that he is a Muslim but doesn’t walk the walk nor the talk. Pump this guy full of estrogen or prozac or thorazine for goodness’s sake.

  18. Good job everyone! Have to disagree with shazz though. I remember when the feds & states were thinking about the death penalty being a punishment for rape. It didn’t get thru because they were afraid the rapists would murder their victims. Well- guess what, even without the death penalty, they murder their victims. Alf- you are right. Tyson did not serve his whole sentence and was supposed to be banned from boxing if he committed any further crimes, plus go back and finish his sentence. He is so dangerous and stupid. What a thing to say in public. I hope that the woman he did rape, and her family, go after him civilly for the comments he made. Shazz- you are right, the law is not perfect in all ways. But, currently the law and judges are protecting the criminal more than they are the victims. Things need to be straightened out in the US justice system. I too have been wrongfully accused of something- it went away pretty quickly. I just hope that whatever you were accused of, has been solved and is not affecting your life in anyway.

  19. I wasn’t making any sweeping generalities about this site when I said “Life isn’t fair, but there are just way too many trying to make that phrase the truth. Course, that is what this site and many others are showing.” I was referring to the fact that this site is showing or helping to show those who are trying to make life “unfair”.

  20. So, we are making life unfair. We are working to make life unfair. We are helping those who are making life unfair. We are helping those who are working to make life unfair…

    WOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOO!!

Hey, everybody, we are more powerful than the Government, the UN, Hollywood and everyone who is behind every conspiracy out there. Wow, what power we have! I think I will go out and oppress the masses because I have POWER!

    Where is that duct tape?

I feel a migraine coming on.

  21. Ok, so I guessed I hit a sore note when I suggested that we should remove body parts, but have you ever been raped? It is the most degrading and humiliating thing to ever happen to you, then the burden of proof falls down on he said/she said thing and the victim becomes the one on trial. I feel bad for those wrongly convicted in a Salem witch hunt, but I don’t feel bad for the repeat offenders who will probably never be rehabilitated and if turned lose rape again! I just know from personal experience that rape is something you live with for the rest of your life, no matter how hard you try to heal, something will always trigger those memories and you wish you could take justice into your own hands.

  22. Cara, a dear friend of mine was raped. And the bowlfloater who did it got off and raped again. If someone I care about gets attacked by one of these throwbacks, I will not only supply the knife but I will hold the bastard down as well.

  23. Thank you Alfredo!! You are a GREAT friend!! I hope your friend is doing ok, just give her support.

I too was raped, and even though it was almost 20 years ago, I still get worked up over it. People just don’t understand what it does to you physiologically. Unfortunately, the sicko that raped me was killed in a car accident two years after it happened, so I was unable get restitution for the crime. I think him dying in the accident was to easy of a punishment for him though. He got off way to easy, and I have had to suffer all these years.

  24. Another class of rapists – of the lowest sort – but they’re not called rapists – are the child molesters. In 3 states investigated by my son, the statute of limitations are as follows: Illinois – 3 years after the last incident, or 1 year after the victim turns 18. Wait, I can’t remember the other two for sure, one (Ohio, I think) was 3 years after the victim turns 18. The other state was Iowa, and I think it was a little longer than Ohio. That’s a crime I think should have no statute of limitations.

  25. I’ll be right with you Alf! Cara & Susanna- I agree with you. Cara- I wish you could have seen justice done. The criminals are protected more than the innocent victim. It’s time our judges came to their senses and we start punishing people for what they have done. Susanna- I agree. There should be NO statute of limitations when the creeps attack a child. That, in my opinion, is one the lowest crimes a person can commit. Right next to it is rape. I do believe in castration for these men. I also believe that they should stay in prison for the rest of their lives since they can’t seem to be rehabed. Put them into the max security ward where they will be treated like the women and children they’ve hurt. This might sound vicious but our justice system is way out to the left right now. I would not hesitate to do harm to anyone that inflicted this upon one of the women in our family or any child. Done ranting!

  26. There’s no excuse for rape or child molestation. As a man, it’s hard to even imagine cutting, um, ow, can’t even say it, but I agree. In situations like this, an eye for an eye!

  27. I’ll just add:

Alf, you hold the legs and I’ll hold the arms. Cara, Jeni, I’m afraid you’ll have to do the dirty work; don’t think I have the stomach for it. Don’t imagine you’ll have too much trouble though…

  28. Probably not Lee! I’d probably have to sharpen my bolt cutters though (ha). You’re so right, there is no excuse for rape or child molestation. Sorry haven’t been posting- not feeling too well.

  29. Lee- forgot to tell you- my daughter took the website address in to her class. They loved it! Thanks again. Jeni

  30. Hi Jeni, glad to hear it! I could let you see the website I maintain as one of my undergraduate research jobs; it’s kinda boring to anyone not scientifically oriented, but in my obviously-biased opinion it’s kinda neat. I’d want to email you that one though; it’s for educational purposes and I don’t want to draw unnecessary attention to it. Never know who’s watching :)

Boltcutters; ouch!! Please don’t be offended if I have to wear earplugs and look the other way. I’m a good boy, really!! ;)

  31. PS – Sorry to hear you’re not feeling well. Eat some soup! :)

  32. Please feel free to go to our email. You probably know this but click on commonfolk and it will take you to our email. I have to add your email address. I’ll email you, my hubby is really looking towards the Smithsonian now. Thanks, I’m on a roll today though. Have a great one Lee!

  33. I admit I haven’t read all of your comments, so I may be repeating what someone already said. People are unaware that the young lady that accused Mike Tyson of rape,Desiree Coleman, had accused a white male whom she had consensual sex with of raping her many years ago. It’s true. I saw an interview earlier this year on Fox News Channel in which Tyson was being interviewed by Geraldo Rivera, I think. In this interview I became aware that the Indiana judge that resided over the Mike Tyson rape case had ruled that Desiree’s little dirty secret should be suppressed. Remember, in America the burden of prove is placed on the prosecution, and only a reasonable doubt is necessary to find a person not guilty. Three or four jurors that found Mike Tyson guilty, said that had they knew that Desiree Coleman had lied on another man in the past and said that he raped her when in fact it wes consensual, they would have never found Tyson guilty. America has a long way to go until she can truly live out the true meaning of democracy and freedom. It is also sad to know that you have to search like a diamond miner to find anything on this kangaroo rape case. I can understand why Tyson would say he wants to rape her;the girl is a lying evil woman. The white guy that was accused of raping her said that she lied on him because her father thought she was a virgin. I am not sure why she lied on the young man, but when he found out thourgh the media that she was claiming to be a virgin before Tyson had his encounter with her, he said that he had to come forward to say that he had consensual sex with her. Most people don’t know about this fact. The media is a sham.

  34. Attention: correction. The Young lady that accused Mike Tyson of rape is Desiree Washington, not Desiree Coleman. I will look for her dirty little secret under the proper name and will post proof if I find any.
