Check out the rest of the application and see if you could be employed by the liberal media – - if so you may want to ask yourself :
Does anyone need a job that badly?
That is cute
I give them a week until they realize that nobody will listen to them… except, acid-mouth liberals who hate bush just because… not much of an audience there, huh?
I want to see Dennis Miller as one of their first week’s guest….
Ted
I’m glad that a liberal radio network is starting up. I’m tired of the only political radio shows being die hard Right Wing Republicans. George Bush could strangle a baby kitten during his State of the Union address and Rush Limbaugh would say that the kitten deserved it. Bill O’Reilly is better, but still too easy on President Bush, and too hard on Senator Kerry.
America is based on free speech, and I look forward to seeing what issues this new radio station raises. I’m not a die hard right wing Republican, and I’m not a tree hugging liberal Democrat, but I’ll listen to either on the Radio.
Zelda – - That all seems a bit far fetched.
Well, I used to watch Limbaugh on TV. He made some very good points, but the man is a pompus windbag and that really gets in the way of me tolerating him. Mixed in with those good points is too much partizened based rhetoric.
But, I agree with Zelda- I would like to see them launch a good show. The emphasis here is on “good” though. With Al Fraken involved, that just won’t be the case. If someone like Alan Colmes (from Hannity and Colmes) was recruited to do a show, I could see it being decent.
Ted
Alan Colmes does have a spot in their line-up
hmm…I knew he was listed to appear on Franken’s show but I did not know he had his own show.
That’s good, becasue even though I disagree with many of his positions, he does at least seem to approach things from a more reasonable bent than people like Franken or Michael Moore. He will probably be the closest thing to reason in the whole fray, and will probably be the most dangerous to the Pubs.
Ted
I could be wrong Ted, but from what I understand he will be a regular.
Alan has had his own show for a couple of years, and it is pretty good. I don’t mind Alan though. He is polite to guests and he gives both sides of an issue a look. I am not a “listener” of his, but from what I have heard Sean say, Alan hold his own.
