The thing is that neither Bush, nor Cheney, attacked Kerry’s patriotism. They didn’t say he was unfit to serve as commander-in-cheif, either. What they did do was review his voting record in the Senate.
Someone has to do it! Someone has to talk about John Kerry, the Senator – - because John Kerry, the Senator isn’t talking about John Kerry, the Senator!
Questioning a politicians voting record in the Senate does NOT equate to questioning his patriotism. This seems to be a typical mantra on the left. Pointing out that he voted against bills that are designed to keep our nation safe, to equip our military currently serving this country and that defend our great nation is NOT questioning his patriotism
It is putting his judgement into question. And some very important questions they are.
Kerry sounded like a desperate man last night, in his speech immediately after the convention was over. Not to mention that he lied:

Check out Cheney’s speech. Do a search for the word ‘unfit. You are not going to find it.

Kerry didn’t start this mudslinging, he wanted to talk about the issues. Seeing as how Bush has failed horribly and has no accomplishments he has no other choice but to try, desperatly to distract people from his failures, ripping into his opponent on anything he can.
Maybe John Kerry should take it as a compliment. George W. Second, each speaker at the GOP Convention pointed out KERRY’S record, and it isn’t pretty. Kerry can’t stand the scrutiny. You bozos can’t defend Kerry’s record of missed votes, votes against the military, and Kerry’s own mouth, on the record, slandering ALL the troops who served in Vietnam. It is an open record you can’t hide or make vanish from Kerry’s webpage.

Kerry didn’t get his discharge from a 2 year hitch in the Resdy reserves until 1978 many more years than 2 after he was placed in the Ready Reserves as Kerry’s own request. You can’t refute that Kerry met with enemy representatives without authorization while Kerry was still a Naval officer during a war. Then Kerry advocated for that enemy to the government of the United States. Meets the definition of at traitor. Refute that or admit Kerry is a traitor, shiloh.

Thank you for admitting Kerry scammed his medals, left Vietnam before the end of his hitch, was AWOL from the Ready Reserves, gave Aid and Comfort to the Enemy During Time of War, and put on his campaign website awards he wasn’t entitled to. We can talk about the missed votes, the votes against all the major weapons systems we use now, that Kerry continually tries to undermine both the military and the intelligence serices with what few votes he does cast in the Senate, and that Kerry has collected pay from the Senate that he’s not legally entitled to because of his lack of attendance.
We can also talk about how petty Kerry is. You know Kerry paid $91,000 to have a hydrant moved from in front of his Boston Townhouse around the corner to rob his neighbor of a parking place in a neighborhood that doesn’t have offstreet parking. Sandy Kerry supported the troops getting the money they needed and that was guaranteed no matter which way he voted. He wanted the money to come from a tax cut for the rich roll back. That is why he voted against it.
