Ellie- now do you see why the popular vote matters some? If this had been really close in some states (I'm ignoring Ohio for the moment), leading Democrats PROBABALY wouldn't go after the win b/c the pop vote is 3-4 million for Bush, not like in 2000.

I am scattered after sleeping 4 hrs, forgive me.

k - you might be right about polls closing at 8, but on azfamily.com, Terry Goddard (in his list of recommendations) mentioned 7 PM and all the time I've been here, I don't recall the polls being open past 7 (except for those already in line).

I went in at 11:20 this morning, was out by 11:35. Course, my location is the one with the bomb threat (school kids from where the votes were taking place) so it was moved two doors down to a church. Only had 5 or 6 different TV crew vans there at the time.

Michigan.

Try placement people and even Temp agencies. Stay with the better agencies, but many employers are hiring through these agencies. They screen the employee for 90-120 days probation and if all goes well, they are hired. This is from the bottom pay scale all the way to executive positions.
