A team from West Middlesex University Hospital said violent crime is on the increase – and kitchen knives are used in as many as half of all stabbings.
They argued many assaults are committed impulsively, prompted by alcohol and drugs, and a kitchen knife often makes an all too available weapon.
The research is published in the British Medical Journal.
The researchers said there was no reason for long pointed knives to be publicly available at all…

Banning guns did nothing but increase the crime rate. It goes to show you that to decrease crime,,,, you must do something awful like PUNISH the CRIMINALS!…….

So as long as knives are not pointy I can’t slice you on your arms or wherever I want? Why not have safety knives, like the scissors kids use in school, so we can’t cut each other.

Well since we moved to Europe a year ago I want to say that these people have NO LOVE for soft toilet paper..they need to do something about that….this stuff over here is POINTY, SHARP and could seriously slice a person’s buttocks up…
