Look at the legal precedent and mess this sets up if Anna doesn’t get her husband’s estate.
Don’t come with any “she doesn’t deserve it” arguments because legally they don’t hold water. Otherwise, justify any Kennedy inheriting anything.

PCD – I don’t recall stating that she shouldn’t get the inheritance.. perhaps you could point me to that? There was no pre-nup…there was family in-fighting over the estate.. it’s been battled in courts for a decade… now it’s going to the supreme court. If she gets it – - she gets it… the courts will speak.

I think Lisa was kinder than most to Anna. But in order for it to get to the SCOTUS, there must be merit. And maybe Roberts does want to look at her:wink: But, there is a bit more going on heree. There are 2 sons and Anna. It appears that Jr. cut his brother and Anna out. I can’t wait o see what she wears!
It will probably turn out that Jr. worked hard to cut them out in order to pay off some mafia gambling debts he owed on the east cost – - oh the drama!

It sounds to me like the SCOTUS is taking it because of a jurisdiction matter. If you can get your hands on the transcript, he did a great job of explaining it. It involves our favorite Circuit, the 9th! And he says Anna more than likely won’t be there. And he thinks Anna won’t be successful.
