Casting Call For A Democratic Candidate

By: Pam On: Nov/15/05 - 12 Comments

Big names in politics are rubbing shoulders with big names in Hollywood. The presidential pre-pre-primaries have begun.

Let’s see who we have;
1. Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton- Is she a candidate?
2. Al Gore- A loser in 2000
3. John F. Kerry-a loser in 2004
4. Howard Dean-could not get nomination in 2004, therefore a loser in 2004
5. Sen. John McCain- Kinda saw that one coming
6. Andrew Cuomo – Yea whatever.
7. John Edwards-ran with a loser in 2004 therefore a loser by default

“Los Angeles is like the Iowa caucus of the fundraising scene,” said campaign strategist Bill Carrick. “Even people who say they’re opposed to Hollywood values are out here raising money.”

With Hollywood profits in the longest running slump in 20 years, this seems to expain it.

    He tried the Robinhood approach Mike. He took from the rich gave to the poor and in 37′ the country was looking at a plight that was worse than 29′. Economically, we were performing worse than Europe and Japan. He also forced the unions upon the businessman. Many consider this one of the main reasons for him wanting to enter the War. And let’s not forget about him wanting to stack the SCOTUS. Let’s just add 9 extra judges:roll:

    He was a horror. Pretty much ruined America as we know it.

    Roosevelt also contributed greatly to the rise of the Soviet Union (and set the stage for the Cold War) by allowing Stalin to grab whatever he wanted in Eastern Europe. The stupidity and folly of that was almost immediately proven when just a short time after the war ended we were already on opposite sides of the USSR with the Berlin problem.
