Roosevelt also contributed greatly to the rise of the Soviet Union (and set the stage for the Cold War) by allowing Stalin to grab whatever he wanted in Eastern Europe. The stupidity and folly of that was almost immediately proven when just a short time after the war ended we were already on opposite sides of the USSR with the Berlin problem.

He tried the Robinhood approach Mike. He took from the rich gave to the poor and in 37′ the country was looking at a plight that was worse than 29′. Economically, we were performing worse than Europe and Japan. He also forced the unions upon the businessman. Many consider this one of the main reasons for him wanting to enter the War. And let’s not forget about him wanting to stack the SCOTUS. Let’s just add 9 extra judges:roll:
