Exclusive Interview With VP CHENEY
Here is the transcript to the interview that Brit Hume, of FOX News, conducted with the VP.
CHENEY: Well, ultimately, I am the guy who pulled the trigger, that fired the round that hit Harry. And you can talk about all of the other conditions that existed at the time, but that is the bottom line. And there is no — it’s not Harry’s fault. You can’t blame anybody else. I’m the guy who pulled the trigger and shot my friend. And I say that’s a day I’ll never forget:.
Compare the above events to that of Chappaquiddick
On CNN, commentator Jack Cafferty called the interview “a little bit like Bonnie interviewing Clyde. … I mean, running over there to the Fox network — talk about seeking a safe haven.”
Actually Jack, Cheney probably just went with FOX because of the volume of viewers. FOX ROCKS!

Do you think Cheney should resign? Should Bush resign? Should Bill Frist resign? Perhaps all three should resign.
This has all the look of another Republican scandal. What are they hiding? Perhaps the victim was just about to reveal to the world the depth of the Halliburton connections and no-bid contracts, hmmm??? Perhaps the victim had threatened to join the Cindy Sheehan protest tour, could it be? Pewrhaps he threatened to repeat Cheney’s off-hand remark earlier that indeed the Iraq war was for oil, there never were and WMD, and that Saddam actually was a good, benevolent President until the CIA ruined him!
Anything is possible in the deep Republican culture of corruption, especially to a Liberal Idiot.

Why should CHENEY resign over a accedent anyway why dont HARRY REID and the rest of his flock of vultures just fly back to their holes and stay there:roll:
February 16, 2006 - 09:48 AM on February 16th, 2006
Ted Kennedy still hasn’t resigned over his “accident”
February 16, 2006 - 09:56 AM on February 16th, 2006
Mike I just added a link so that people can compare the 2 accidents. Note the differences in personal responsibility, drinking, licences, and timelines
February 16, 2006 - 10:35 AM on February 16th, 2006
Thanks Peejz for adding the other article. I actually had read that link and it is chilling. For anyone who has any doubt on Ted’s guilt needs to read this. People should remember two things: accidents happen and this was a very good friend of Mr. Cheney’s.
It sickens me that the MSM are making such a fuss over this. I would much rather see the article on Able Danger everywhere. This country needs to stay focused.
I hope Harry recovers soon.
February 16, 2006 - 11:09 AM on February 16th, 2006
Maybe if CNN wasn’t the Clinton Neww Service and were fair and honest in their interviews and reporting, they could have had an interview with Cheney.
Libs can’t stand the truth nor do they accept that people don’t have to deal with them and their Krap as in Daily Krap.
February 16, 2006 - 11:25 AM on February 16th, 2006
CNN= Clinton News Network, Communist News Network, and after it was revealed that they cut a deal with Saddam so they could get Iraq scoops, Criminal News Network.
I laugh out loud every time I hear, on the radio, their tagline “CNN, most trusted name in news”. Bwaaa ha ha ha ha! Trusted ? Bwaaaa ha ha ha ha! Now there’s a Liberal fantasy!
February 16, 2006 - 11:34 AM on February 16th, 2006
spread the word, everytime some liberal douchebag says the words “cheney” and “hunting”
you should follow them up with
“Teddy” “Mary Jo”
Or “hillary” “Vince Foster”
or “Klinton” “Ron Brown”
or “Klinton” “Monica”
Or “Klinton” “Paula”
or “Klinton” “Sudan”
take your pick
February 16, 2006 - 11:58 AM on February 16th, 2006
Robert- is that kind of Like Walter Conkite being the most trusted man in news:razz:
February 16, 2006 - 12:00 PM on February 16th, 2006
5- No problem Bon Bon. That Chappaquiddick link is the most through one I have found.
February 16, 2006 - 12:39 PM on February 16th, 2006

February 16, 2006 - 02:03 PM on February 16th, 2006
just remember the mike kilo talking points for the Cheney incident
1. It’s his PERSONAL LIFE, and we aren’t supposed to be concerned with that.. (right billy blowjob?)
2. How long did it take unkle Teddy the killer to notify the authorities?
February 16, 2006 - 02:20 PM on February 16th, 2006
Mike….in answer to your question #2 it took good ole Teddy about 16 hours to notify authorities. He had to sober up first and contact his lawyer so they could make a plan. Meanwhile poor Mary Jo suffering; reports have it that she lived about an hour and quite possibly two. If that shark had bothered to seek authorities right away, at least she would have had a chance.
Cheney on the other hand, went to the hospital immediately, waited, offered help, and took crap from the media for not talking.
February 16, 2006 - 02:57 PM on February 16th, 2006
BonBon is just skimming over how reprehensible Kennedy was on July 19, 1969. The Whole Chappaquiddick Story is a site that has everything including how the Kennedy family perverted the legal system to keep Teddy out of Jail.
Did you know the Old Sot’s driver’s license had been expired for months, and that it was “Fixed” before the trial?
February 16, 2006 - 03:22 PM on February 16th, 2006
of course.. the Kennedy criminals never have to answer for their crimes… (well, not entirely true, “bobby” and “jack” certainly did.. haha)… but bootlegger Joe never did, Certainly Ted the killer never has..
F the Kennedys, I honor them about as much as I honor that communist, plagiarizing adulterer Michael King…NOT AT ALL.
February 16, 2006 - 03:39 PM on February 16th, 2006
Cheney should have shot Ted Kennedy.
February 16, 2006 - 03:43 PM on February 16th, 2006
Well you know Mike, I would rather go hunting with Cheney than riding with Kennedy
February 16, 2006 - 03:44 PM on February 16th, 2006
Yeah, that’s a no-brainer… about the only thing more dangerous than being in a car with a Kennedy is being a “counsel” to a Klinton.
February 16, 2006 - 06:26 PM on February 16th, 2006
#14, that’s right, in order to avoid getting busted for DUI (which wasn’t even a big deal back then) ChapaTed traded Mary Jo’s life.
That’s why every day this criminal sits on the Senate “Ethics” committeee is a travesty and mocks the very concept of ethics and justice.
February 16, 2006 - 06:36 PM on February 16th, 2006
#9 Peejz, yes, exactly. Walter Commiekite, who took off his glasses on the evening news and even as the Vietcong were getting their asses handed to them during their Tet offensive, looked America right in the eye and handed the VC the biggest politcal propaganda victory of the war by turning America against the war.
How’s that for a long sentence?
But it’s true. Walter Commiekite gave the Communists what they so desperately coveted, a political advantage in America. After Tet the VC infrastructure in the South was utterly destroyed, and the NVA were nowhere near their goal. It was a turning point, when if the North could not be defaeted outright, at least a satisafctory settlement could perhaps have been negotiated and seven more years of war avoided.
But oh no, old Leftist windbag Walter, whom people mistakenly trusted in those days, gave his expert military strategic assessment and pronoiunded that the war was unwinnable.
That energized the Leftist street, turned off many mainstream Americans, and was wind in the sails of the Communists.
Thank you, Walter, you degenerate old scumbag. Your contribution helped make sure there would be seven more years of war, tens of thousands more dead and wounded Americans, and untold numbers of civilians killed and lives destroyed. May you rot in hell, Walter.

Well, I am passionate when it comes to discussing famous traitors in the Hall of Shame. We have free speech and the right to free expression, and I would never infringe on the right of people to do so.
But the fanmous traitors, like Chapatraitor Ted, Turban Durbin, Walter Commiekite, Algore, etc. are people in places of responsibility. Their words have consequences far beyond the opinion of an ordinary American. They can say what they please, but there should be consequences for them when they cross the line. Unfortunately the only thing we can do is heap well-deserved scorn upon them, and I do by the shovelful.
February 16, 2006 - 08:57 PM on February 16th, 2006
Well you said it very well!
February 17, 2006 - 08:37 AM on February 17th, 2006
Robert, I feel very much like you do. I strongly believe that todays politicians nor anyone in the msm ever stop and think about what they are saying and how damaging it could be to America.
Keep shoveling it….I’ll be there to help.
February 17, 2006 - 09:57 AM on February 17th, 2006
Ted Kennedy should quit his idiotic blather he is just your avrage liberal jerk trying to force himself on others it way past time that old buzzard retired:mad:
February 17, 2006 - 01:44 PM on February 17th, 2006
Thanks for the encouragement, BonBon and Peejz.
How often do we hear that some people, some professions, should be held to a higher standard? That certainly applies to politicians and influential people whose irresponsible or outrageous statements, though free speech and their right, have serious consequences.
All right, I’ll step off the soapbox now…
