I wouldn't execute her, but I'd probably put her in a mental institution and would setrilize both of them. Not sure what to do to Russel beyond that. I also believe that drug addicts, and chronic welfare recipients should also be given a cash offer to voluntarily accept sterilization. I ask this because I have found the latter to be the case. They are so very quick to defend abortion yet hesitate to mete out justice in any kind of murder case. I am a death penalty advocate for sure but I have read about this case, Andrea, her husband, and the affects of severe post partum depression with the operative word being severe.
