FAO: "Typical Liberal Idiot" is a troll. You can find a good definition here. The best way to handle a troll is to ignore them.

My opinion is that clearly he's not a liberal, but he is an idiot. He's also showing the depths he's willing to drag the dialog down to. I'm sure he's got a good point to make, but he probably mistakes actual research and critical thinking with talking points and vitriolic anger.

That's the Michael Moore who despite swearing to have never owned stock listed more shares of Halliburton than President Bush?

Typical, you need to pull your head out of the liberal media and try reading a few history books. The framers of the Constitution understood from 8 years of war that the command decisions in a war have to be made by one person. A committee simply can't get the job done. Thomas Jefferson advised against sharing important secret matters with Congress because even in 1800 they were incapable or unwilling to keep secrets.

They have found small caches of chemical weapons in Iraq. They also found huge stockpiles of radioactive materials, some of which was so enriched that it was removed from the country for safety reasons. You do not have to actually detonate the material for a radiological bomb to be effective. A conventional truck bomb with a couple of hundred pounds of enriched Uranium would make Manhattan virtually unlivable for a millenium. They have found Sarin (a nerve agent) artillery shells in Iraq disguised as regular artillery rounds. How do they know they were Sarin shells? Because the two soldiers who were exposed while defusing an IED ended up in the hospital for a few days. That Sarin dumped into the ventilation system of Penn Central Station would kill hundreds and possibly thousands.

Why is it that the MSM have completely ignored the former Iraqi general who came forward and told of shipping planeloads full of chemical weapons to Syria before the start of the war? Why is the MSM discounting documents found in Iraq about the relationship between Iraqi intelligence and Al Quaeda?

I want the Liberals to step up and state their platform for the next election. I want them to loudly and proudly tell everyone how if elected they will:

Raise taxes on those who actually earn money in order to pad their own pockets and buy votes from those who don't, A historically guaranteed means of stifling the economy. The economy can't grow without investment and welfare recipients don't invest.

End the program that intercepts phone calls between Al Quaeda cells in the US and those overseas. If a two minute call from Mohammed Atta and Afghanistan had been intercepted, 9/11 may have been averted.

Weaken the military by cutting its funding. Like the $60 million cut they just tried to get while we're at war

Rebuild Gorelick's wall that prevented intelligence agencies from sharing information with law enforcement. Former FBI director Louis Freeh has stated that had they had the intelligence collected by Able Danger, it would've been able actionable.

Restrict religion to only those forms authorized by the government. Radical Islam - good. Branch Davidian - bad

Restrict free speech to only politically correct forms. Flag burning - good, Saying the Pledge of Allegiance with the words "Under God" - bad

Bankrupt through frivolous lawsuits any organization that espouses a belief in God, those espousing a belief in Allah excepted because he's Muslim. Boy Scouts of America - BAD, Council for American Islamic Relations (despite direct ties to terrorism) - good.

Confiscate all firearms legally owned by law abiding citizens. Thereby leaving the criminals who don't obey any laws to run wild, free from fear of being shot by an armed victim.

Release all criminals with nothing but a slap on the wrist and a promise to not do it again. less than 3 months for repeatedly raping a child over a 4 year period ring a bell?

Open the borders for anyone to cross without fear of arrest no matter what their motive. We certainly mustn't stop the drug and human smugglers from bringing in their cargo.

And of course we mustn't forget

Free unrestricted abortions to any female even those too young to even get an aspirin from the school nurse without a parental permission slip.

I want to see them actually be honest and tell what they stand for. It would be the biggest Conservative landslide in US history. Typical, these are not some conservative talking points, these are actual positions espoused by or actions taken within the last ten years by your beloved liberals. Don't get me wrong, I think Idealism has its uses. It can be an ideal to aspire to. However it simply doesn't hold up when faced with the real world. Even my professor for "Communism, Fascism, and Democracy" in college admitted that he had originally thought Communism was a wonderful idea until he came to the realization that it just didn't work. And that was BEFORE the Soviet Union collapsed.

I'm going to prove now that I, as a Liberal, am the true intellectual here, and that I and all other Liberals are much smarter than everyone else.

This action by Bush proves that Michael Moore was right! This was all predicted and shown in Farenheit 911, and noe it has come to pass! Moore's epic film, one of the great works of the last several hundred years, squarely places him at the forefront of the greatest Journalists, Documentarians, and Filmakers of our time!

What impressed me most about Farenheit 911 was how scholarly was the research that went into it. Facts meticulously sorted and placed to prove beyond any doubt the many premises of this film. Then even after all that work was done, a battery of legal experts dissected and pored over every detail, to make absolutely sure that the case was flawless. Moore even stated this last fact himself!!!

For example, the gas pipeline across Afghanistan, that the film asserted was the reason we went to war there for. We put in puppet Kharzai so he would approve the deal. This was all a Bush/Cheney/Halliburton deal, it said.

The thing I don't understsand is that F911 showed Bush very chummy with the Taliban. Lots of scenes of Bush cronies hobnobbing with Taliban officials. So why did Bush kick them out? Oh, I know, maybe so Halliburton could make even more money! Yeah, that's it for sure!

Then I also didn't understand because actually the pipeline was proposed during, and supported by, our Divine Lord Bill Clinton. And Bush admin never supported it and it wasn't built. And it isn't even on the table now with Kharzai in there. There seem to be some logical and factual problems here...

Well I don't care what else has been reported, if it goes against what Moore says it is all lies anyway. I believe Moore and F911 and that is why I am a Liberal!

Alright, so I think I have established my credentials as an intellectual and a scholar now. You'll see me, or any of my other friends, posting here a lot on your site even though we are appalled at its vapidity!
