My dad was a coal miner in Ohio. The one job I've seen Mexicans do that I know Amricans would've wanted a lot more money to do was picking mushrooms. They basically grow mushrooms in straight manure and you almost have to pick them by hand. Not a very pleasant job, but if the pay were good enough, Americans would do it.
