Just last night on the ABC News I heard them still pumping this Duke “rape” crap. The newsreader was blathering about how “indictments might be handed out this week” in the case.

My sister was the victim of a serial rapist..fortunately for her, he was spooked when he was stalking her along the walking path and she noticed him..unfortunately for her, when he panicked, he hit her with his car, threw her between 75′-100′ through the air, when her head hit a reflector pole and stopped her flight. Her head was split open, she has plates in her wrist and shin…and she lost 1/2 her blood..the police told my father that they had him under surveillance but they could not get him on anything with my sister..my Dad did use a civil court though…9 months later rapist picked a runner up in the same place my sister was hit..that time he raped her and went back to prison…
Now what does that have to do with the case of the Duke University situation?..as I said, show me a rape victim and I have sympathy.

There were no witnesses that saw the accident Alyssa, they only saw the aftermath, so he got a ticket…He/and his insurance agency were sued in a civil court…He was on parole at the time for rape charges but the cops couldn’t just arrest them on what they knew in their gut he was doing..He told them he reached for a cigarette and took his eye off the road and the next thing he knew my sister was on his hood and then she was airborn..The private investigators that my Dad hired were able to recreate the scenario, but there was nothing they could do to prove anything beyond a civil suit..
Now, yes they could have charged him, but the case would have been tossed…it was his word against a young woman who sustained a head injury..did my sister tell my Mom and I the color of the car? Yes a green metallic. Did she she him pass her at about 10-15 mph, stare at her and then turn down a street that loops to have him come out behind her again? That is what she says..but remember..she has the head injury heading into court(no one told her anything about his past at this point, nor anything about the day)…At the time, my uncle, an insurance lawyer, and my grandfather, a trial lawyer, were alive and able to guide my Dad through the process..The police did what they could legally do..even in that ritzy area, where outsiders are watched, the COTUS must be upheld.
Heard more about the Duke case on the radio this morning. It turns out there were many, many photos spanning the time the stripper was there, before and after the alleged rape.
The injuries she claimed she sustained during the rape were visible before the alleged incident. The only time not covered by photos are the ~20 minutes she was in the bathroom, the time she claimed the assault took place.
But afterwards, the evenings festivities continued unabated. There are numerous pictures of her afterward sporting the fresh nail polish she applied while in the bathroom those 20 minutes, and she is smiling, laughing, and by all appearances doing quite well.
Zero evidence to support the allegations, but evidence to refute them.

On February of 07 Ms. Echols rented a house on 1622 gum street in Little Rock, Ar. from Douglas Mekoritz. She had rented the house for her daughter, so she can have a place to stay. Ms. Echols began getting treatment for the constant l inexplicable pain on June of 2004. Ms. Echols waited about two weeks to go to the hospital. Only because she believes that it just was an itch, she thought sooner or later would go away. But not knowing that the insulation was working threw her head. Ms. Echols continue going back and forth to the hospital one to two times a week, hoping they find why the pain was so excruciating.
Ms. Echols has gotten a lawyer name Mr. John Walker of the Simmons.S. Smith firm to help her pay for her outstanding hospital bill. Mr. Walker had taken some of the insulation for testing and also taking photographs of the before and after of the ceiling. Sooner or later Mr. Walker had stop working for the Simmons law firm. Mr. Walker didn’t give Ms. Echols any notice that he was leaving the law firm. When Ms. Echols found out that there was no longer a Mr. Walker that work they’re she was at shock. So the owner of the firm Mr. Simmons. S. Smith which is Mr. Walker boss had his assistant called Ms. Echols to come in and help go threw Mr. Walker files that was all over the floor. So the owner of the firm asks Ms. Echols to help find her file. While they were looking they never recover her file, or the evident that Ms. Echols has gaven to Mr. Walker. Mr. Simmons. S.Smith replies that he will get in contact with her as soon as he gets a hold of her files, and also the evident.
Mr. Simmons.S. Smith had Ms. Echols sign a letter that she thought that stated that Mr. Walker isn’t her attorney anymore, and there no claim for any attorney’s fee. But not knowing that Mr. Simmons.S. Smith had Ms. Echols sign a document that stated that he is releasing her file over to her. Mr. Simmons.S. Smith known Ms. Echols was sick, and taking a lot of medication from the incident that occurred on May 30th of 04. He had present false information to her on the day of December 8th of 04. Also letting Ms. Echols know that Mr. Walker is no longer working for him. Ms. Echols didn’t know if her attorney filed a civil complaint in the circuit court of Pulaski County, Ar. Also her attorney suppose to give Foremost insurance Ms. Echols medical records. Foremost insurance has sent a letter to Mr. Walker asking to see proof related to the exposure to the insulation. Foremost has sent many different letters out to Ms. Echols including the dates of November 1,o4, and also May 17,05.
In the past three years Ms. Echols has been prescribed more than 25 different medications from the insulation that infected her hole body, and also in the past three years she been going threw inexplicable pain. The doctors that Ms. Echols has been seeing have been prescribing medications for Bipolar Disorder, Depression, Skin Problems, Pain Reliever, Mrsa, Nervousness, Tinea Capitis fungi, Lupus, and also unknown infection. But to let you know the medication she been prescribed is medication that wasn’t helping her for the insulation infection.
When Ms. Echols was in little rock, she felt she was getting the help she needs, and that the medication she been prescribed was helping the insulation infection. But when she came home to Anchorage Alaska, she brought the medical record from Little Rock about her infection. The first doctor Ms. Echols has seen was Angela Torres MD. Instead of reading the medical record from Little Rock, AR, she put in her own hands to say Ms. Echols is mental ill, because she believes that Ms. Echols describing the pain she had in her head was delusion. Ms. Torres persisted that it was all in her mind so she put Ms Echols on Effexor, Rispendal, Zoloft medicine for mental ill patient. Ms. Echols is not mental ill at all, the only thing she asks for, was help with the infection she have in her head. Ms Torres diagnosed her with, delusional disorder, depression with psychotic features, and anxiety without examining Ms. Echols. She Pleaded with Ms. Torres to just look in her head and see the knots and the lump in her head.
Ms. Echols head was full of fluid, pus and also swelling under her scalp. Her face will go numb when fluid drain in her face. Ether side she lay the fluid will drain and make sores in her head. When she wake up in the morning, her pillow be full of fluid, pus, and blood. Ms. Echols had to wash her clothes and bedding separate. She is still having this same problem as this day 11/07. From this infection Ms. Echols has past out three times and wake up in the hospital. She also was quarantine
for seven days. That when Ms. Torres said that she have Mrsa. Ms Torres and Heather Brock took this young lady life and did what every they want too. Ms. Echols stated ” Ms. Torres made my life a living hellâ€. All Ms. Echols wanted is to get better, not worst. She living everyday with pain, where she know she don’t have to. While she was asking for help, they was making it seem like she is delusional. Instead of listing to Ms. Echols they took it in they own hands and took there authority and abuse it. Many ways they let her know they can write down whatever they want to, in her file. The hole time Ms. Echols have been seeing Ms. Torres she been abusing her power.
One day Ms. Echols went to Anchorage Neighborhood Health Center because she was going threw inexplicable pain. But while she thought they was going to amitt her in the hospital to control her pain, but instead Ms. Torres and Heather Brock put her in the mental institution. While she was in the mental ward Ms. Echols got very sick, that when her doctors found out that she really had a bad infection in her head. Ms. Torres and Heather Brock mis-diagnosed her illness. They both contradict theirself on paper. Ms. Echols can not go to any hospital in anchorage because of the what been said in her medical record. She had pleaded for many months to other doctors that she is not crazy.
For many of months Ms. Echols been looking for a doctor that wouldn’t judge her on other doctor opinion. After months and months Ms. Echols been looking for a doctor. After looking for so long she finally found a doctor name Ms. Leeann Mercier. Ms. Leeann Mercier examine Ms. Echols on July 24th of 06,. While she examine ms Echols, she notice that Ms. Echols head was extremely infected. While she was examine her she notice that there was lumps on her head that had a wire like thing coming out of her head. Ms. Mercier had to give Ms. Echols a B12 twice a week, just so she can have energy. Ms. Mercier consulted Dr. W. Down ,which he recommend a surgical consult. The surgeon he recommend was Dr. Schnal. Dr. Schnal done a evaluation on Ms. Echols and she call Dr. Mercier and said that Mr. Echols need to go in surgical to get all of the insulation out of her head. From this day 11/2/07 Ms. Echols need this Surgical to have a normal life.
The reason why I need this story to be told because there maybe other people out there that going through what Im going through. Everyday I get up Im in pain, and I go to bed in pain. I don’t have a normal life. If the doctor had done there job, my life could have been better .This infection that I have in my head is now went threw my body. Someday I can walk and someday I can’t. I have a itch that wont stop. It a very deep itch under my scalp. My eye sight is bad now, and I cant hear that good anymore. This infection is working through my body and I cant do anything about it .No doctor in anchorage will hear me out. Ms. Torres and Ms. Brock have Humiliated and degraded me so bad, that I couldn’t every go to the hospital in Anchorage, and be treated like a human being. I cry everyday because I cant do the things that a grandmother do with their grand kids .I cant go to the mall and walk around with them. My body have inexplicable pain. How can a young man get forty-years for selling 10grams of crack cocaine, but when men kill one another they get less time then the man that sell crack cocaine? Forty years that one man and one woman lifetime. So when you give a man that longs of a sentence, their life is gone. I know it’s wrong for what he or any man that put their self in this predicament. But look at people that raping, killing, and also manslaughter their own. And no I am not talking about race, but I am talking about as people in general.
I believe that the law is trying to prove a point which I truly believe that it nothing to be proven. Why can’t the law prove a point to the one that pull gun out and kill one another? They can go to court and say they insane, and only get 5years in API. But when a man goes to court for distributing crack cocaine, they get a life sentence.
I strongly believe that the police office is trying to recruit snitches. Ours young black men is in danger,
because some of them chose not to be a snitch and one of the men is Mr. Roosevelt Mallett . Now I’m not saying that what he done was right. Only I am saying that the law is very wrong for giving that young man forty-year sentence. Police want to take a young man life, because he chose not become their snitch. Mr. Mallet is not the only young man that is lock down because they chose not to be a snitches. Some police officer is abusing their authorities to get young men to snitch.

The Anchorage Police department has ruined young black, Hispanic, Samoan kids by turning them into snitches, if the young mens did not snitch.

Forty-year in prison is life for young mens, if they want to help these young mens, why not found something that will catch their eyes.
