I believe some of the other cable networks did this as well. That is a huge start! Take advantage of it! I would look for an attorney that is in the same boat as yourself..one that is mad and wants this judge gone....the attorney can do the leg work and I would bet things would move faster... Now that being said, I know that the process of removing a judge from office is difficult to say the least. I would suggest that those willing participants in your area start a letter writing and phone campaign to the judicial review board in your state. See if there are enough admonishments from the board against the judge...Admonishments of the judge are a matter of public record..just as those against an attorney...It would be my guess that this judge has made this type of ruling in the past and I would hope that diciplinary action has been taken before.
