I just heard an attcak ad by Pete McCloskey, who was a real pos Democrite whackjob Congressman from the SF Bay Area for years. We finally got rid of him, but…heee’s baaaack! he’s running against Richard Pombo, who has been a very good Congressman formmany years.

McCloskey’s ad, after it repeat the Democrite smear lies and misrepresentations that are currently trendy (yes, Pombo was heavily involved in the Abramoff scandal, according to this ad)the ad goes on to proudly state that “Pete McCloskey was a decorated U.S. Marine!”

The truth is that Pete McCloskey was a rabid Leftist anti-military POS the whole time he was in Congress. If he was a Marine, he was from the John Murtha category.

Now isn’t it funny how the Lefties do everything they can to undercut the military, demonize it, blame Americans first (the latest rush to judgement on those Marines in Iraq) yet when they campaign for office, suddenly they wrap themselves in the flag and the military, and oh, how they just love the Military! That’s because they know most Americans really support the military, so the Lefties lie and misrepresent, hoping to sucker those that aren’t paying attention.

So file it away, yet another example of the lying, hypocritic, degenerate Left.

1. A graduate from Yale?
2. Have an MBA from Harvard Business school?
3. Were you selected to attend and then completed training as a jet fighter pilot?

Last I checked none of those are considered exactly easy to accomplish and George W. Bush has done all of the above. Until your accomplishments reach his level, you should rethink your comments about being incompetent.

Unless of course you want to use the term to describe Bill Clinton who managed to nearly destroy our military which he so loudly pronounced that he despised. Don’t think he despises the US military? Why did he force the Marine White House detachment to dress and serve as waiters at a function in the White House except as a means to humiliate them?

As for Hastert’s eating habits, they are hardly a topic for discussion until you include Rosie O’Donnell. Delay’s indictment is going to be either thrown out or he’s going to be acquitted of the trumped up charges. As for Nixon, he’s been dead for over 2 decades and been out of the oval office in over 3 decades. Exactly how can you accurately comment on the Presidency of someone who was probably out of office before you were born? It’s funny how the accounts of Nixon’s presidency totally ignore the facts that he made the first diplomatic trips to China and Russia in decades, he supported Israel during the 1973 war, he was responsible for bringing North Vietnam to the Paris Peace talks ( he ordered the Bombing of Hanoi that made the North Vietnamese realize that we could strike in their back yard), and is considered a great president overseas for his diplomatic efforts.

Both groups are very morally principled.

It just depends on your point of view.

Try picking a big word next time that is more accurate, THEN you’ll get the desired reaction…

Is he wrong here? We are fat, obnoxious, ignorant and rude as a people and we elect incompetents like Bush to lead us.
