		<description>Believe it or not San Fran, the advise and consent portion of the nomination process is supposed to be solely on grounds of qualifications, not political ideology. Hayden was probably the best qualified person to run the CIA in decades and yet 15 Democratic senators voted against him soley on political grounds. Doesn&#039;t that seem terribly petty?</description>
