Of course, he might not even have been involved in the leaking, some of his supporters may have been doing it simply as a means to try and hasten his return. If that is the case, the NYT may find the tap turned off. There is also another thing to consider. With his history of involvement with clandestine operations, he might have been brought back to find the leakers and take care of the problem children. Nothing says we're tired of your leaking like a posting to Sub Saharan Africa or a listening post in Antarctica or Reykjavik, Iceland. Those above the arctic circle winters can be brutal.
