Former U.S. Attorney General Ramsey Clark, alongside various anti-war and Muslim groups, announced plans this week for a “National Emergency March on Washington” to stop what he said was U.S. funding of the “Israeli war machine.”
Clark claimed that U.S. funding to Israel, which is battling Hizballah terrorists in southern Lebanon, is grounds for impeaching President Bush. “If we’d acted on impeachment before now, Lebanon wouldn’t be subjected to this misery,” said Clark at the National Press Club Thursday.
Anti-Israel protest in Australia turns nasty
Sydney, July 29 (DPA) Prime Minister John Howard was mobbed and the police clashed with Hezbollah supporters and anti-Israel protesters in the west coast Australian city of Perth Saturday.
Demonstrators damaged Howard’s car as he left a meeting. Around 200 people waving Lebanese and Palestinian flags and shouting ‘We want peace’ punched, kicked and threw projectiles at the vehicle as the police struggled to keep order.
Police wrestled with protesters to the ground and there was at least one arrest.
Protest organiser Muhammad el-Khatib said he had family in Lebanon and that the Australian government should try and broker a ceasefire.
‘There are mothers watching their children die,’ el-Khatib told Australia’s AAP news agency. ‘Hezbollah is protecting Lebanon, they are freedom fighters not terrorists.’
“Around 200 people waving Lebanese and Palestinian flags and shouting ‘We want peace’ punched, kicked and threw projectiles at the vehicle as the police struggled to keep order.”
What a “peaceful” way to express themselves, just as Hesbollah and Hamas want peace, but first they want to murder all “infidels”
Every criticism of the Israeli government’s actions in Lebanon should acknowledge the role of the Bush Administration, which has given the green light, blocked efforts for a cease-fire, and provided the weapons. And the British government, which has supported the U.S. and is allowing U.S. shipments of weapons to Israel to pass through Scotland.

Ramsey is a kind of leftist as i was on 70s when visited Israel for the first time, the head full of radical propaganda (i was a member of Communist Party then). After my visit to Israel and even during a dozen of years i thought exactly the same way, America as an imperialist state and Israel as a servant of their interests in the Middle East.
I am not a supporter of certain decisions of american policy and also do not support everything that comes from Israel government. However i must say categorically that i have no doubts about our duty to fight side by side against islamo-fascism in everywhere and also have no doubts that this struggle will help to establish a more peaceful world for all the childrens of today, no matter the origins, culture and race.

One injured man from Qana said in the media that the house bombed at 1:00 AM, this is also proves the Hizbullah put weapons in the houses in Qana, and actually the civilians injured because of the weapons that Bombed later at this house or another house next to it (in the pictures you can see 2 houses destroyed). the IDF bomb probabaly caused damage to the house, and later the fire bombed the Hizbullah weapons, and the building collapsed.
Moreover, in this operation died more than 10 Hizabullah people, is was reported in the media. This proves the Hizbullah involvement.

I had a small run in with Ramsey Clark back in late 1980/early 1981. He was addressing a symposium of freshmen honor students at the University of Delaware that I was a part of. After listening to his idiotic rhetoric about how all crime was caused by economic needs, I asked him to explain why the WVA state penitentiary had just found 2 roomfuls of weapons and contraband on a recent shakedown. Seeing as the prisoners were not in need of food, clothing, or housing, which he claimed was the sole cause of crime in the US, what was the prisoners’ reason for committing crimes while in jail? I’m still waiting for an answer.
I felt he should’ve been imprisoned for violating the presidential ban on travel to Iran during the hostage crisis instead of speaking BS to a bunch of impressionable college freshmen.
Hezbollah, which is hiding behind women and children as they fire rockets at Israel, is directly responsible for all Lebanese civilian deaths.
Any civilian who provides shelter to armed Hezbollah terrorists, is considered a terrorist under international law. Israel has lost many soldiers by trying to protect Lebanese civilians. It is very sad that Hezbollah is destroying Lebanon and her people.
