Sen. Edward Kennedy has an op-ed accusing Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Samuel Alito of deceiving the Senate Judiciary Committee during their confirmation hearings last year. Apparently, the Massachusetts Democrat didn’t know the pair of Bush nominees were conservatives.
Kennedy is an expert in deception though, having misled local law enforcement officers in Chappaquiddick in the death of Mary Jo Kopechne.
