Lawyers Can’t Be Terrorists
I got that impression after reading this e-mail that Michelle received from someone angry over the moniker that she gave Dearborn: Dearbonistan! Hey, I thought it was hilarious, but that’s just me!
(Michelle’s comments are highlighted)
You are soo wrong about those kids, especially Osama Abulhassan. Osama’s brother is an attorney and Osama is a junior in college who plans on becoming a lawyer. [Lemme guess--for CAIR.] From what I’ve heard, the phones sell for a lot of money overseas because they are harder to get there and the maps were for finding stores to buy them at. [Genius!] These kids are not terrorists [I know, they're all-American], moreover, I don’t appreciate, and neither does any other Dearborn resident for that matter, your site categorizing Dearborn as Dearbornistan. [And I don't appreciate, and neither does any upstanding American who knows how many American lives have been cut short by Hezbollah thugs, Dearbornistan's support for our enemies.] You are ignorant to the facts. Best of luck in life with that small town college degree. [I'll manage.]
A little background on these good boys here, and here.
A second charged was added for the two Dearborn men who were arrested in Ohio and charged money laundering to support terrorism. Thursday, prosecutors charged 20-year-old Ali Houssaiky and 20-year-old Osma Sabhi Abulhassan with soliciting or providing support for an act of terrorism. Police said the men initially lied, but then under interrogation admitted to buying 600 untraceable cell phones. Authorities are concerned that if shipped to the Middle East, the chips from the phones may be used to remotely detonate car bombs.
Reuters reports more specifically that the two are charged with laundering money for Hizballah.
WXYZ reported:
“According to Ali’s brother, Mohamad Houssaiky, the car the two men were in belongs to Ali’s mother who works for Aircraft Service International Group at Metro Airport and the paper work reportedly belonged to her. She was training so she had to do a training list with the bookings and checkings for passengers, he said.”

Lawyers CAN be terrorists. Just look at Lynne Stewart.

Dearbonistan…I gotta admit, that is kinda funny.
I used to work for Ford MoCo in Dearborn, MI a few years back…nearly half the town (some 30,000 people) is Muslim.
Was quite a learning experience – street and store signs were written in Arabic.

Someone had to call people down on this dumb name. A significant portion of Dearborn is Arab American, yes. Many are Lebanese Christians, and they represent immigration that has taken place in Dearborn for well over a century. Ditto Detroit. I know; I’ve got family in both towns.
Calling it “-istan” is just dumb, because Lebanon is an Arab country. It ain’t Pakistan, folks. (Actually, even that is an oversimplification; many Lebanese Christians don’t consider themselves Arab.)
Anyway, if you want, you can call my city names, New York. We arrest a lot of people here, too, or so I’ve heard.

And dont forget that crinimal huging blabbering leftist nit wit RAMSEY CLARK wants to be SADAMS lawyer and lets not forget JOHNNY COCKROACH and that blabbering leftist dirtbag J. TONY SERA and as was writen by william shakspear AND LET US THE FIRST THING WE DO LET US KILL ALL THE LAWYERS:smile:

While I agree with Shakespeare’s comment about lawyers, Johnny Cochran died suddenly last year, so let us not speak too ill of the dead shall we? Let us show a modicum of civility. Who knows. Perhaps our civility might rub off on the liberals. I doubt it, but we can still try.
As for Ramsey Clark. I felt he should’ve been prosecuted for ignoring the travel ban on Iran during the hostage crisis. When I heard him speak a year later, it took less than 15 minutes to realize the guy should buy a condo in either Orlando or Anaheim. He’s mentally in Fanstasyland, he ought to be there physically as well.
August 12, 2006 - 08:11 PM on August 12th, 2006
Ramsey Clark should be either in prison or permanently exiled.

That’s right! I agree Robert! What the hell are we thinking of giving these guys a “fair trial” in Iraq? Their lawyers are the real terrorists. Anyone who would want to defend a scumbag like Saddam is a terrorist. Come to think of it, defense lawyers are all scumbags…. The criminal justice system would be much better off if we just had prosecutors and that’s it–just prosecutors. That would make America great! That would be our democracy and modern justice system that we want to promote around the world even better.
Finally, that sorry excuse for a human being thinks that he can just say whatever he wants to say. People like that do not deserve the first ammendment. That should really only be reserved for freedom loving people.

Wow, stupidity at it’s finest. You guys are so good at being racist priks and prejiduce pussies, using low blows regarding race and religion and finding humor on it. No wonder the world dislikes the American ignorant punk attitude. And regarding Lebanese Christians…DUDE, they DO consider themselves Arab…GOSH FRIKKEN IDIOT! Many Lebanese Christians are Armenian anyway loool. Seriously though, as a Muslim, as an Arab, and as a Dearborn resident…FUCK OFF! Keep your jack ass Arab.Muslim comments to yourself, we have heard enough in this wonderful post 9/11 world Bush has brought upon the world. Thank you Bush administration…you were behind a horrific tragedy and now WE have to pay for it. And because of this, it seems almot every American right wing conservative neo-nazi err neo-con is out for blood on the arab/muslim world. Well you guys, duck my sick!
August 24, 2006 - 10:44 AM on August 24th, 2006

yeah, very pathetic shot at the “Bush/Blair” cabal.
August 24, 2006 - 11:59 AM on August 24th, 2006
the movie?
no way, dude. the story was written back in the early 80’s. Nothing to do with Bush/Blair IMO.
saw it last night and loved it.
August 24, 2006 - 12:38 PM on August 24th, 2006
Oh, really shocking that YOU would love it.
Personally, political overtones notwithstanding, I thought it was dull, podantic, slow and shabbily shot.
August 24, 2006 - 01:47 PM on August 24th, 2006
Wow, I thought it was great!
Thought the whole thing was put together very well…
I gotta admit, Mike, I have a feeling politics actually did play into your opinion…America having failed and in a state of civil war, the Koran being a symbol of “good”, totalitarian conservative government…
Hmmm…?

Actually, Gattica represented to me, a more accurate and frightening picture of a future created by liberals and their religion of science where “defective” babies are screened out and made into second-class citizens (today, they are merely dismembered from the womb)
August 24, 2006 - 03:16 PM on August 24th, 2006
Gattica was an awesome flick, too.
dismembered or disovled. there are more than a few ways to do it.
