They aren't saying she is wrong, but they can't say for sure that it was him and not some hoax. That being said, what terrifies me more is the fact that the cops have no idea who the other 2 boys are or where they came from. Thank god for Amber Alerts! I think that's the one of the hardest parts about this is that he IS alive, IS an adult now, and STILL refuses to contact his mother or "go home". Now we allow them to molest and murder the children only to be sent to a hospital for treatment. After which they promptly get out and go at it again with another child. Have you heard the story of the guy they caught and convicted on several occasions for child molestation who repeatedly beat the system by either pleading down to a misdemeanor or skipping town while the case was on appeal? the caught the guy with a 20+ year log book with coded entries for THOUSANDS of victims.
