In a way I can understand Pakistan's position. After all, most of the Democrite leadership has been fighting on the side of the enemy, and none of them are in jail here...

Gosh, it's surprising that such a close ally like Pakistan would do such a thing. Their behaviour clearly demonstrates that they are no longer ‘for us'.

They must be against us.

Perhaps they were never ‘for us'. Perhaps, like most nations we have cajoled, bribed & threatened to be ‘with us' in the war on ‘terror', they have been for themselves all along.

Okay, the next time we recapture them on the battlefield, we simply load them on a rickety plane and ditch it in the ocean on the way to Gitmo. Pick up the flight crew and go get another plane. It's really unfortunate that the plane went down with all of the prisoners on board handcuffed to their seats, but those 40 yr old C-130s can have maintenance issues and some of them need to be replaced at this point. It would be a major win win siuation for the US. Jobs to build new planes, no expense housing and feeding them, and because it would be an unfortunate "Accident" the UN crowd couldn't complain too loudly.
