Washington is not known for keeping secrets, look how our national securitysecrets get published. All joking aside, the sexually charged communications would have come out before now. I think there was limited knowlege of them, and neith parties leadership is included in that list. In my opinion, there are 2 sets of victims here..the first being the young men that were subjected to this, and the second being the Democratic party. That needs explaining…they have allowed themselves to become the victims of this far left fringe that really doesn’t follow the party platform, but actually tries to set their own agenda, all the while claiming to represent the party. Look at the kossacks, MyDD, Firedog Lake etc….These people are being enabled by the elected officials, in that the officials are afraid to speak out against them in any way! For speaking out could cost you your seat. Look at Joe! In fact, it is not uncommon to see Kennedy, Kerry, Feingold, Daschle etc., blogging on their blogs The fringe is holding the party hostage. The problem the party faces is that the majority, or mainstream Democrat, is not the left fringe that blogs. They see way too many sideshows and not enough action on issues that they are concerned with.

Indeed it does, but all of it is political trickery, isn’t it? both sides of the isle do it. That doesn’t justify it at all, but we are looking at two sides of the same coin here, after all.
It’s atrocious that anyone would try to use something like this for political gain. How can you blame anyone for not disclosing this information when you see what happens. I had one of those political ads on my answering machine from the emocrats this morning, it had the opposite effect intended. I would never vote for anyone who would try to gain politically from this.
