Gloria Wise Boys & Girls Club Ripped Off, No Jail Time, Minimal Fines
Outragious, and so typical. The punishment is as follows:
Under a plea deal announced by state Attorney General Eliot Spitzer, Rosen pleaded guilty to felony charges of grand larceny and forgery, and obstructing government administration, a misdemeanor.
Rosen’s punishment: He has to repay $38,575 plus a $5,000 fine and is barred from working at a nonprofit for three years. He was accused of stealing $69,216.
Aulenbach pleaded guilty to the same charges, excluding the forgery count, and is repaying $32,363 plus a $5,000 fine. He was accused of pocketing $87,371.
Here is the reaction from the parents that send their kids there:

We must remember that the “transfer” of funds was for a good cause, Liberal talk radio! Al Franken needed this money more than the kids did! And these Leftists are working for the greater good, don’t you know?
Now if this was anything to do with a Republican, there would be a huge outcry and demands for every Republican in any leadership anywhere to resign!
But it’s the Left, so it’s really not so bad.

This is outragious any way you look at it. No jail time? And you know darn well those parents are telling the truth.
