Breaking: Adam Gadahn to be charged with treason

Treason. Adam Gadahn will be charged with this. The last person covicted of this was Tomoya Kawakita, a Japanese-American sentenced to death in 1952 for tormenting American prisoners of war during World War II. I felt John Walker Lindh should have been charged with treason.

    Gadahn is the first of what should be many. Ted Kennedy, Murtha, McDermott to name a few, should be next.

    This is how all US Citizens in al-Queda and other terrorist groups should be handled.

    The death penalty is a possibility here, and I hope they go for it.

    They’re already defending him. I heard that some were arguing that his producing propaganda for Al Quaida may be considered as protected political speech. Will someone just shoot the sob and save us all the trouble of a trial?

    They can argue that until they are blue in the face, but treason is not protected under free speech, especially when we are in a declared GWOT!
