Seeing as they almost invariably try to get their cases heard in the 9th Circuit, that should bankrupt them in just a few cases. The 9th Circuit has over 80% of their decisions overturned on appeal and that was BEFORE President Bush appointed Alito or Roberts to the Supreme Court. The other thing we can do is change the US code that allows them to collect their legal fees from the defendants whether they win or lose. If we take away their primary source of income, and start charging them for their frivolous suits as well, they wull fold like a cheap suit.
