It`s true that CITGO is 100% property of PDVSA , this negotiation was made in 1998, at that time venezuelans didn´t know that HUGO CHAVEZ will do the reforms he is doing toward a Castro-Cuban regimen. Today I can´t blame on people that wants to boycott CITGO because of HUGO CHAVEZ speach against pressident Bush and America. I think he´s krazy "Megamano", cheater, abusser, etc. I´m Democrat like most here in Venezuela. We don´t want him but he has got a lot of power. What I don´t really know is weather the boycot could become a bumerang and he could use it to show the rest of the world as a MARTYR and start saying "look how good I´m and look how THE EMPIRE i´ts traying to stop this marvelous movemet to save the world". CHAVEZ took control of PDVSA because this man dismissed 28000 people from industry, people that wanted to do good buiesness whith USA a the rest of the world. But now he is running PDVSA whith his family, relatives cubans, iranias and every kind of shit. Maybe he is doing as his plans, to provocate USA not to boycott CITGO but something more evil.
