These stores are forcing the prices down. They are buying it in bulk and offering it for free or at a very low price of $5.00. I agree with Blue Crab Boulevard: &#8220;As with all Federal programs they are easier to put in place than to get rid of later. But tampering with the program so soon when there are indications it is working much better than originally thought and at a much lower cost, is a bad idea. The Democrats are running the risk of hurting rather than helping seniors.&#8221; [...]</description>
