Who didn’t see this coming? Oh, I guess Newsweek didn’t, look at the way they fawn all over him….

  • Lawyers for “enemy combatant” Jose Padilla claim he is so disoriented from three years of isolation and aggressive interrogations that he is now mentally ill.

    • If he’s insane, can’t they just dress him up in a clownsuit and execute him? He won’t know the difference…

      Poor Mr. Padilla! The neocon bullies at the Justice Dept. have so damaged his fragile psyche, shattered his self esteem! No doubt he is not only unable to stand trial, but he now is permanently disabled, and entitles to SSI for life!

      I was astonished by how lax the security around Jose Padilla seemed to be. Hannibal Lecter was wearing a hockey mask and was completely tied down, and even then he managed to escape.
