		<description>I can imagine that there are two problems that hurt us on this account. Those being that seeing as we no longer require kids to actually pass classes before promoting them, why would we expect them to actually work to pass the classes. The second being that since 1 in 6 members of the Mexican work force is working in the US and they are mostly uneducated, unable to speak, let alone read and write, English they are certainly going to bring down our ability to produce qualified workers for high tech jobs.</description>
