A United Nations report has identified the world’s rapidly growing herds of cattle as the greatest threat to the climate, forests and wildlife. And they are blamed for a host of other environmental crimes, from acid rain to the introduction of alien species, from producing deserts to creating dead zones in the oceans, from poisoning rivers and drinking water to destroying coral reefs.
The 400-page report by the Food and Agricultural Organisation, entitled Livestock’s Long Shadow, also surveys the damage done by sheep, chickens, pigs and goats. But in almost every case, the world’s 1.5 billion cattle are most to blame. Livestock are responsible for 18 per cent of the greenhouse gases that cause global warming, more than cars, planes and all other forms of transport put together.

DON’t confuse anyone with the facts! Reality doesn’t matter! It is all America’s fault, and by extension, GWB and the right wing!!!
The ONLY solution is for everyone to join the New Church of Environmental Redemption, led by Messiah Al Gore!!! This is the only path to redemption, penance, salvation, and survival!!!
It’s really wuite a simple process:
1. Believe EVERYTHING that Al Gore and the MSM say about Global Warming, and the human contribution.
2. Memorize all buzzwords and soundbyte phrases promoting this agenda so that you can use them without even having to think about it.
3. When debating with ignorant, neanderthal Conservatives, assume a condescending, uber-intellectual position. They are the ones who must agree with your position in order to ascend to the higher plane of intellectualism that you are already in.
4. Always promote adherence to the dogma of the New Church of Environmental Redemption as progressive! That automatically characterizes any disagreer as backward, obsolete, outmoded, and ignorant.
5. Never get caught up in a debate over numbers, facts. Always keep the discussion at a higher, abstract level. Remember that it is not real science we are concerned with, it is dogma and faith. We believe in Al Gore, therefore for us he is our Messiah. And any science that promtes our view is real and to be accepted without question, which any that even casts doubt is to be immediately dismissed as the work of the Big Oil companies.
Now just remember these basic tenets and we will be successful!
