The one thing that the press (in general) does not seem to attack is Liberalism. Instead, they promote the agenda of Liberalism.

Actually San Fran, as is all too frequently, you are wrong. The purpose of a news organization is to disseminate information, not propagandize against or cover up for the government when it suits them. I have seen reporters in this country (Gannett newspaper) flat out LIE for the purposes of making a story appear to be the exact opposite of the truth.

Why do you think that the "Arizona Republic" ran a story and a series of editorials about "Flying while Muslim" about the 6 Imams being thrown off the flight that included verified lies, but refused/failed to run ANY stories relating how the IMAMS had acted in ways that caused even other Islamic passengers to applaud when they were removed from the plane and had lied in their stories to the paper? Actions that airline security experts state follow the pattern of a security probe of aircraft security measures. There were plenty of local people on that plane, but the "Republic" only interviewed the Imams and reprinted their side of the story as fact without corroboration. A large portion of which has been proven to be inaccurate at best, and flat out lies at worst. The "Arizona Republic" is a wholly owned Gannett paper, US Airways is BASED IN TEMPE, AZ, the flight was bound for Phoenix, and 5 of the 6 Imams are residents of Arizona. Don't you think that a bit more in depth reporting might have been in order?
