This is the first I’ve heard of this. Most of the MSM propagandists are fawning over Annan. Ohhhh!!! What a great leader he was! They are practically wetting their pants in admiration of this great, wise, brilliant leader!
Of course, imo Annan was a corrupt, useless, worthless klown. He is the jimmy carter of UN Secretaries. No reluctance to point fingers at others even though his own record is one of incompetence.
