She tipped her hat in the ring today. I’m thinking Obama will be tomorrow.. Click Image to see the video
Could not help but notice how much the camera kept shifting to the side table to catch those loving family photos!
Allah has an interesting thought:
Is Hillary the best we can hope for among the Democratic nominees? Obama talks bipartisanship but votes a deep, rich blue. Edwards is running on a platform of class warfare. Of Gore let us say no more. Who’s left? Unless Mark Warner jumps in and figures out a way to beat all of them by running to their right, Hillary’s probably the most “conservative” (i.e., nominally hawkish) candidate in the pack. Terrifying.
Last I heard, Warner may be back!Â

And who’ve you guys got Mitt Romney?
Good luck. You’ll need it.

HilLiary Rotten Klinton long ago sold her soul to the devil in exchange for her great success. But she will NEVER be electable as President. Too many people have seen her for what she is, and that is a new world order socialist shrew who is the embodiment of lying, scheming, and manipulating evil.

Do you know why I hate Republicans right now?
(I know you don’t care at all; you’ll never want to listen to my point of view)
I hate Republicans because they have created a world where Senator Clinton really could win the Presidency of the United States of America.
January 22, 2007 - 09:26 PM on January 22nd, 2007
Zelda, no one hates you point of view, so quit saying that…what people don’t like is that you make a statement that most of us feel you are capable of backing up, or you purposly twist our view and again don’t back it up…You are well worth the time of day and we know you are smart, but at times, you do kinda tick people off..
Example of we know you have the knowledge…you claimed to have studied recent (as in 150 years) history of ME and tribes etc., but claimed it wasn’t worth you time to discuss it with us because we didn’t want to hear it…Nothing could be farther from the truth.
Example of of how you purposly twist our view: You claim we don’t acknowldge the mistakes made in Iraq, and we have. It seems to me that you feel that winning the election in 08′ should trump our support for the war..As McCain said, I’d rather lose a vote than a war. I don’t see this war as a mistake, but it is a war in which mistakes were made.

Thank you peejz;
“you… and again don’t back it upâ€
I hear that a lot in my personal life. It’s a personal problem of mine. I might read 1000 different documents on which my opinion is based; but I find it difficult to explain what I think I have learned from those 1000 documents in such a way that anyone would listen.
I find it really hard and frustrating to discuss difficult and complicated issues with people.
It’s very easy to say “kill them allâ€. It’s very difficult to counter such a simple argument.

January 23, 2007 - 06:40 PM on January 23rd, 2007
Hey; we’ve read each other’s posts enough to form reasonable opinions.
I really do think that Senator Clinton could win at this point; and I don’t like it.
January 23, 2007 - 06:59 PM on January 23rd, 2007
I just don’t think so…
A. It is way too early and the press she is getting is courtesy press..imo favors to Bill.
B. All the Democrats I speak to want Barak Obama and in talking to my college age neice, most her age want a black POTUS..
If it were next Tuesday..I think you would be right but look how Dean self imploded!

Zelda,
I hear that a lot in my personal life. It’s a personal problem of mine. I might read 1000 different documents on which my opinion is based; but I find it difficult to explain what I think I have learned from those 1000 documents in such a way that anyone would listen.
I understand that exactly. I read and listen to alot of items from alot of places and can’t always remember where exactly I even got said piece of information. My strategy in the last few years has been to try to remember the most important points and their source. This narrows things down to a more manageable flow.
For the record I understand alot of what you say and have, in many cases, formed the same opinion.
