On the subject of the Iraq war, Bush should've simply told the naysayers that they either need to put up or shut up. They either need to stop their continual pointless rhetoric that undermines his authority, demoralizes the troops and boosts the morale of the Enemy, Or they need to step up to the plate and defund the war. Seeing as forcing them to do either one would be a political victory for Bush and the Republican Party. What's even better is that the Dems KNOW that if their bluff is called, they'll have to fold or face being the party responsible for Iraq falling into the hands of Islamic radicals like Iran did under the Carter administration.
