Bush Directive Increases Sway on Regulation   as seen at  memeorandum is the lead for The New York Times:
President Bush has signed a directive that gives the White House much greater control over the rules and policy statements that the government develops to protect public health, safety, the environment, civil rights and privacy.
Here is the current listing of Executive Orders. I am listing those signed in 2007:
- Executive Order: Further Amendment to Executive Order 13285, Relating to the President’s Council on Service and Civic Participation
- Executive Order: Strengthening Federal Environmental, Energy, and Transportation Management
- Executive Order: Further Amendment to Executive Order 12866 on Regulatory Planning and Review

Oh by the way a new Global warming report is coming out soon and this one is the bleakest ever!!! It seems we have only a year or two to act or GW will be irreversible!!! WE MUST ACT NOW!
We do not have time to convince those who will not accept science!!! There is no time to waste! Therefore I am calling for all Liberlas, all Leftists, ALL who know we need to stop Global Warming, to take individual action NOW!!! Humans themselves are a source of the greenhouse gas Carbon Dioxide. Accordingly I am calling for all who truly believe, all who know, that we must act now to stop GW,to act decisively individually!!!
At 12 noon, on Thursday, February 1, let all of us Global Warming activists and Al Gore disciples individually cease emitting Carbon Dioxide! It doesnt matter how you do it; the details are up to you. The important thing is that you do it! This will be the greatest grass roots action ever! The Left will show the way!!! Join us, Liberals, Socialists, Leftists, all true believers!

You know back in the 70’s it was Global Cooling. It’s so nice to see that that problem got solved and we’re now into Global Warming. But what I don’t understand is why didn’t Al and bill fix it when they had 8 years to do so?
