They shot at a known drug dealer/illegal. They are not authorized to do that, as there was no need to according to a handful of witnesses(other border agents) that said our guys were not in a threatened position when they shot at the guy. Correct me if I'm wrong. The two border agents were in a confrontation with a drug dealer. One of the agents shot the dealer in the butt as he fled. They were charged for not filing paperwork on the incident. The drug dealer survived. The agents were arrested. They were handed over to Mexico for trial. And now they are both in prison in Mexico. And our Federal government offered some token statements that did nothing. If that is essentially correct and with the story posted here, I can't even think of the words to use to describe it.
