1- Thanks for that! If that isn’t pandering! IMO, McCain didn’t vote so as not to have it held against him in the presidential election! Thoughts?

McCain (R-AZ)

Interesting that McCain did not vote. If the four missing had voted party line the outcome would not have changed. Craig and Crapo, both Dems, voted no also. I smell simple politics with a hidden agenda by some or all. (as usual)
