Court:Guantanamo Bay Detainees Can’t Challenge Cases In U.S. Courts

So says the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, when they ruled 2-1 that civilian courts no longer have the authority to consider whether the military is illegally holding foreigners.  This ruling is a result of the Military Commissions Act, which bars detainees from the U.S. court system.
