This is the first of what should be a series of convictions! Next should be Cheney, for lying and outing Valerie Plame! And for attempted murder while hunting last year!

Then Rove for conspiracy! And finally Dubya for lying causing thousands to be dying! Plus stealing the election twice!

Reelect Gore! Hillary/Obama in ‘08!!! It is time for those of us with the intelligence and leadership skills here to step forward and negin campaigning for the Clinton/Obama ticket!!! I know I can count on some of you to support the cause! San Francisco Liberal, Matthias, AKD, shiloh, Eben, solarc to name just a few of the most capabvle, intelligent posters I have seen here!

Lenny - Looks like the truth is finally coming out. We’ve been waiting Soooooo long for this. Unfortunately, I do not see any real reprocutions implemented until their term is over.

Waiting so long for him to be convicted of lying to a grand jury? Armitage was the leaker, isn’t that what this was about?

This is much bigger than Armitage.

This is about Mr. Cheney (aka The Puppet Master) and his evil deeds being brought to light.

There is nothing to argue about at this point. However, I am sure there will be some very interesting revelations in the very near future.

Of course, I am not talking about the unfortunate hunting accident, as mentioned by Lenny.

I understand that Rednecks, shotguns and small animals are never a good mix.

    Ryan,

You are no centrist, conservative or anything but a Liberal activist. You don’t care about facts, just a Coup D’Etat anyway you can bring it about.

The truth scares you so much that you believe disgraced Joe Wilson. The same guy Kerry dropped as his spokesman because the Senate Intelligence committee called Wilson a liar about the whole Niger yellowcake thing.

No, it isn’t about Cheney, but I suppose you could wish it were. It isn’t bigger than Armitage. Armitage did it, Fitzgerald knew this and continued with the case…Cheney is a wish, but not a reality. This was an enormous waste of money.

Ryan- the truth has been in front of all of us. Armitage leaked the info. Armitage then told Powell what he did. Both Armitage and Powell resigned, though for different reasons. The left had wanted to make this Rove’s baby, but couldn’t, and then Cheney’s, but the truth is, they couldn’t. Fitzgerald never charged Libby as the leaker as he couldn’t, nor could he bring charges against Cheney or anyone else, because he there are no links to them. He knew who leaked it, Armitage..that is the truth, nothing more, nothing less. It may not be the truth for which you sought, but it is the truth none the less.

You are not interested in the truth, just revenge for the Clinton convictions. Remember Webb Hubbell? Remember Clinton being both Impeached and disbarred?

Richard Armitage Was The Source In Plamgate And You Should Be Outraged

WaPo: It’s unfortunate so many people took Joe Wilson seriously:

Armitage:”I thought every day about how I’d screwed up,”

First of all, PCD, Clinton was aquitted, and remained in office until the end of his term.

Second, Clinton lied about getting a BJ. Bush entered the U.S. (w/o the consent of UN) into a war under false pretensis.

PCD - People are dying because of Bush’s lie. A dress was stained because of Clintons.

    WAKE UP AMERICA!

Peejz - I appreciate the links. However, still believe Cheney to be the Puppett Master. Maybe I’m wrong, maybe I am right. I am willing to admit my faults. Hell, I voted for Bush in 2000.

The thing that irks me THE MOST is when an administration cannot/will not answer straight forward questions by the American Public. I understand that PCD thinks we are under a Dictatorship and therefore the President doesn’t have to answer these important questions (like, why did we go into Iraq, NO BS, just answer). Fact is, we still operate under a democracy and it is the Presidents responsibility to answer to the people. Its not happening.

There are far too many (very troubling) unanswered questions.

Drink your beer, get fat & stupid, and watch your love connection America, your government is in control.

    Ryan,

Clinton was found in contempt of court for lying to a judge. A process crime like Libby was just convicted of.

Again, you take the left lie as gospel about Bush lying, when it is the left lying like Josef Goebbels about what Bush said and what the intelligence was.

The truth is people are dying because Clinton did not take Bin Laden in when the Sudanese offered him to Clinton. There, that is the bottom line you have to live with.

Would you not put our President in the category of the Christian Right?

Where did I get the idea that they are crumbling? -Look around you Peejz, the falsities and travesties of religion are becoming more and more prevelant. People are waking up. They are realizing that religion WAS created by man as a means of control and providing hope.

I have no problem with providing hope, however, this is not an appropriate means of control -considering the times.

19- The thing that irks me THE MOST is when an administration cannot/will not answer straight forward questions by the American Public.

What questions are you referring to? Please cite examples. And we don’t live in a dictatorship, but the POTUS does not have a legal obligation to run everything past us. Every four years is when we are asked our opinion. We elect our POTUS and by giving that person a vote, you are giving your proxy to him/her to make decisions on your behalf.

Bush didn’t lie about anything. I am surprised that you would type such nonsense. You claim to want the truth, but yet you resort to tired lies. Do research on what was said vs what is alledged to have been said..it is an eye opener.

Clinton was impeached on two counts, grand jury perjury (228–206) and obstruction of justice (221–212). Had nothing to do with Monica. Clinton’s Arkansas law license was suspended for five years and he paid a $25,000 fine. Had nothing to do with Monica. The Supreme Court ordered former President Clinton disbarred from practicing law before the high court. Had nothing to do with Monica. On Jan. 19, 2001, the day before he left office, the president formally acknowledged for the first time that he had knowingly given false testimony before Judge Wright. Had nothing to do with Monica. It had to do with Bill Clinton.

Look around you Peejz, the falsities and travesties of religion are becoming more and more prevelant. People are waking up. Actually, I think the reverse is true, in fact I will do some research on it. There were surveys, if you put stock in them, that show that religion is on the rise in this country. I am still lucky to get a seat if I time it right, otherwise SRO every Sunday!

    Questions:

Republican officials have sought to discredit the initial reports and seized on an NBC News account, broadcast Monday night, that said when troops from the 101st Airborne arrived at the vast site on April 10, 2003, they found conventional weapons but none of the extremely powerful high explosives, HMX and RDX, which can be used to set off a nuclear weapon. In an e-mail message sent to reporters on Monday evening, Scott Stanzel, a spokesman for the Bush campaign, said, “The weapons were not there when the military arrived, making John Kerry’s latest ripped-from-the-headlines attack baseless and false.”

But Tuesday evening, NBC again reported on the issue. This time it reported that it had not said that the explosives were gone before American troops arrived at Al Qaqaa. Instead, it reported that troops from the Third Infantry Division and the 101st Airborne searched bunkers at the site and had not found the powerful explosives. NBC reported that it was not clear whether American troops searched all of the bunkers.

“Last night on this broadcast we reported that the 101st Airborne never found the nearly 380 tons of HMX and RDX explosives,” Tom Brokaw, the NBC anchor, said. “We did not conclude the explosives were missing or had vanished, nor did we say they missed the explosives. We simply reported that the 101st did not find them.”

“For its part, the Bush campaign immediately pointed to our report as conclusive proof that the weapons had been removed before the Americans arrived,” Mr. Brokaw added. “That is possible, but that is not what we reported.”

-For the second day Mr. Bush did not speak about the issue, twice ignoring questions from reporters.-

27- I read that to be that you feel NBC could not be mistaken, whereas Brokaw admits there may be a possibility that Bush was correct? I dunno abought that one.

28- New Orleans: again I will remind you that you are seeking answers and not coming in prejudiced(your words). Bush was heavily involved prior to Katrina hitting. Here are links for your review and then let’s talk.

I think it all comes down to the fact that, with what I’ve seen, I am very skeptical of the intentions of the Bush Administration.

As previously stated, I voted for him in 2000. In 2004 I didn’t vote at all because I would never entertain the idea of Kerry being our President. However, I could not bring myself to vote for Bush again. Figured I’d just sit that one out, as I couldn’t decide on the lesser of two evils.

At this point, we can continue to argue, or we can wait for the truth to show itself. I think I will take the latter.

It has been a pleasure Peejz.

Stop with the Bush-Katriba nonsense. Bush:

    Did NOT cause hurricane Katrina
Was NOT responsible in any way for the condition of the levees
Did NOT have primary responsibility to provide first response and disaster management and coordination
Was NOT trying to kill off the Black people of N.O.
Was NOT conspiring to clear N.O. so his developer friends could get the land

Yes, yes! And at the very least, he doesn’t care about them! He caused hurricane Katrina! He and Karl Rove planted bombs in the levees and caused the breech, according to Elijah Muhammed! It’s ALL Bush’s fault regardless! It doesn’t matter what the subject is! It’s Bush’s fault!
    Yes, yes!
