Basicly, Mattias, you know nothing of the US Legal system if you think Prosecutors have free reign to go after people for unpopular opinions. We, the people, have the freedom to exercise free speech and that is why we have the 1st amendment to our Constitution.
Secondly, Judges are not prosecutors. If they try to become prosecutors or defense lawyers, they get removed. The problem is when our judges try to become the legislators. They don’t have that power and should be immediately romoved when they try.
Am I the only one finding it hypocritical to on one hand claim “that you want to bring freedom & democracy” to muslims in the world and on the other hand having the suspicion that they are inferior and evil and want to conquer the world…
What/how are they supposed to be in the future? Do they have to convert immediately or are they allowed to keep their religion as long as they keep their mouth shut and deliver oil in time and at a reasonable price?

Besides, most of the muslims in Europe came to our countries either because we either occupied their countries as colonies (example: France & UK) or as we asked them to help us rebuild our country after WWII (Germany)… none of them came here on their own- we asked them to come!

But if I have a party and invite people to come, I do not expect them to burn my house down. When I see an unruly guest abusing my courtesy by attacking me and my family, killing my other guests, and demanding that I stop serving pork ever again, I ask them politely to leave and never come back including any of their relatives. If they don’t leave politely then obviously, eventually, force will have to be used.
You may object that his wife, children, other relatives and friends, did nothing wrong so why should they also leave. Well, I believe that is uually the custom when you evict an unruly guest, it is unwise not to pack off all who came with him. There is the danger that if you leave a straggler behind they may attempt to do damage in sympathy of your departed guest.
I doubt you would be so sympathetic if someone started lighting your couch on fire with the excuse, “But you invited me!”
