Mattias, a simple explanation for the deaths of civilians in Iraq. The terrorists were hiding among them, or the terrorists were killing them. Had we not gone into Iraq, hundreds of thousands would still be dying under Saddam. Saddam would’ve still been doing it years from now. Years from now there will no longer be the violence in Iraq that is going on now. It will be a peaceful place posing little or no threat to its neighbors. That would not be the case had Saddam been left in power.
