It doesn't fit into their preconceived notions that all is well in the ME and it's the US that's at fault. There doesn't seem to be much outrage over this in the MSM either. I mean where is the outrage? I think if most Americans look at an issue like this and see there is no outrage then compare it with coverage on say Abu Graib they would realize once and for all that the media is biased and in some cases anti American and certainly not looking out for our interests.
