These geniuses need to do a little reading before they start claiming to be following in the footsteps of Ronald Reagan. Congressmen ARE NOT foreign emissaries for this country. That would be the ambassadors who as it happens are under the President. Congress’s ONLY ability to CONSTITUTIONALLY be involved in foreign policy is to ratify or refuse to ratify a treaty. It is in fact a violation of federal law for anyone not appointed by the President to go about trying to act like an ambassador. Of course the best way to deal with this would be to actually nominate these morons to be ambassadors and then post them to Botswana or some other pointless posting. Should the refuse to accept the nomination, the proper response would be to look at them and say “But you seemed so intent on acting like a @@#$%^& ambassador, I thought I should actually give you the opportunity to be one.” It would shut a lot of these morons up. The best part about actually making them ambassadors being that he could then FIRE them for incompetence. With Pelosi being a vineyard owner, posting her to the south of France might make her happy, and she couldn’t do any real damage there either.
