I guess Ted is supposed to be ashamed, according to Matthias, because; ” you are proud to live in a country where you are “free” to carry the symbol under which 6 million jews”. Well I would rather show the symbol and teach the children the meaning of it under under the Nazis, than ban it due to fear of insulting Muslims and deniers!
Schools are dropping the Holocaust from history lessons to avoid offending Muslim pupils, a Governmentbacked study has revealed.
It found some teachers are reluctant to cover the atrocity for fear of upsetting students whose beliefs include Holocaust denial.
There is also resistance to tackling the 11th century Crusades - where Christians fought Muslim armies for control of Jerusalem - because lessons often contradict what is taught in local mosques…
It found some teachers are dropping courses covering the Holocaust at the earliest opportunity over fears Muslim pupils might express anti-Semitic and anti-Israel reactions in class.
Will they start segregating the homosexuals so as not to insult the Muslims? How about Jews…will they be pulled from the classrooms?

Unlike Matthias however, I have the courtesy to directly answer his questions as fully as possible.
Unlike Matthias, I do not take an elitist Nazi-esque attitude that one’s freedom’s should be limited by the governemet and that because a person speaks a certain way or has a certain belief that they are a lesser person or in some way inferior. I do not jump to preposterous conclusions about a person’s intelligence based on their accent or sppech. If I were to base my conclusions on that like Matthias- Stephen Hawkings would be an idiot.
Fortunately, I am not so ignorant in the ways of the world.

1) Peejz, if you take a statement from me then please use the whole statement! It was:

That sounds a little bit different from only the first half of the sentence, that does not yet contain the genocide…
2) Ted, I’ve met a lot of Corporal of the German Army and they were all complete idiots. Your Cpl. Gumby simply asserted this view, but if it makes you happy: he was probably a good soldier. Every army in this world loves idiots- because you don’t get intelligent people to shoot at eachother without a real good reason!
And besides… Stephen Hawking may be a genius, but some of his theories have been proven wrong…
3) Other than UK, also the denial of the Holocaust would be a crime in my country and would be punished- and I am proud of that too. Fascists need to be wacked- wherever you find them! And they love it, because there is no other way for these mindvacuums to get attention…

Hawkings is a brilliant mind trapped in a diseased body, the fact that anyone would make fun of him speaks volumes for their lack of intelligence.

I was doing my 12 months compulsory military service. It is normally not considered to have with such an assignment promotions into sergeant or officer ranks.
That becuase of one immoral that man makes the entire army immoral?
I have met enough of such idiots… already the ensigns showed this sick kind of motivation.

When I say that he behaves like an idiot, I refer to the content that makes him look like an idiot. When you compare his appearance to a physically handicapped person like Hawking, you suggest that his problems even went further!!!
What I wanted to point out was that Mason’s statements were equally silly (to me) like the ones of the Monty Python cartoon!

Antecdotal evidence is just that- antecdotal. It has no basis in emperical evidence or facts. I know several men in the military, various ranks. For example, I know a coporal with an IQ of 152. He was once an employee of mine. He defered college to go into the military. I can cite several specific bits of said antecdotal evidence. However, I won’t present them as fact, as you have here.

No, it isn’t alright to judge someone based simply on their religion. However, if a specific Muslim is supprting terrorism, then the justification for judgement is not based upon their religion but by actions of violence.
Take Muslim out of the quote and replace it with “Christian” and the same principal applies.

We have an entire army of them as examples, and I gave one very specific example.
In either case, that proves nothing, as the examples are still anecdotal and not based upon facts.

What I may have said is, that I may not be able to speak as a kind of representative of a group of people (=radical muslims) that has as much to do with me and my family as the Bush administration has in common with the Dalai Lama!
Of course I spoke several times against violence in any form- as a human being who is proud to not regulate conflicts with such nice inventions like death row, “soft” torture or preventive military strikes!!!

What really amazes me is that some British schools are dropping teaching about the Crusades because they think it’ll offend the Muslims. I would recommend that they use “Chronicles of the Crusades” for a text book. It tells the history of the crusades through first hand accounts from all sides. It includes all of the historical notes, photos and maps of the areas where the events described occurred. What a lot of people fail to realize is that overall the Crusades were a disaster for the Christians. They did manage to take and hold Jerusalem for 100 years, but many of the Crusades were blood baths and a number of them were actually against OTHER Christians not just Muslims. The Christians actualy did more damage to the Christian city of Constantinople than the Muslims did. Okay I admit I’m a history geek. Sue me. Those who do not learn from the past are destined to repeat it.
