Didn’t I already explain to you how dKos works? Your screen shot even shows it is ‘tagged’ as a troll diary.
1- is it posted at kos?
Daily Kos = Daily Pos

2- Yes, and so? You can go create a diary there too if you wish. Your diary might get tagged as a troll too but it won’t be deleted just because Kos or others disagree with your opinion/argument.

Now, would you care to comment about the 450+ comments to it?
4- “they” didn’t take down that diary, the diarist chose to delete it. Diarists do this all the time for a variety of reasons, including deciding a diary was in poor taste.
And about the 450+ comments, what about them? Diaries like this always stire up a shit storm of debate.

), and a few other techies that work on keeping the site running with the servers, databases, and software, and of course the datacenter gets paid too. No members or posters on Kos get paid for posting or moderator duties.

For what ever reason (copywrite infringement in this case) “they” did remove it and not the “diarist”. The reason was legitimate IMO, but KoS reved it nonetheless.
15- Ted, we are talking about 2 separate diaries. Peejz questioned me about a diary earlier this week that was completely deleted and I informed her the diarist deleted his own diary, not Kos or the moderators.
Kos and the moderators will edit diaries or comments if they violate copyright laws because not doing so would expose dKos potential lawsuits under those same laws.

16- Where is it that you get the idea that the diarist deleted the entry? You made it up cause it suits your theory. It was taken down by kos because it exposed him to a lawsuit. He is an attorney and knows what he can and can’t get away with.

So he did delete it, but guess what?!?!! The hits it got stay, therefore kos made off good on it. And it is kos’ site, diaries included…so the post above is a reflection of him.:wink:
