I am leaving this as the open thread for the weekend…I know I’ve missed a great deal of the news, but I lost my Mother on Wednesday evening….Needed a break so I checked in…Be safe and have a great weekend.

    So very sorry for your loss, Peejz. But know it’s only a half-filled glass of sympathy, as one should expect from the anonymous nature of the internet and blogs.

    Be thankful that it’s you witnessing a parent’s death, as nature planned it, and not the other way around. May peace be with you and mom.

    I know we may be on different sides of the asle on Politcs, But
    I am not a heartless man. My Deepest condolences from myself and
    family. My parents are in thier 60′s now. So, I’m headed that
    same direction myself. My prayers are with you and your family.
