It is a dangerous proposal to suggest the government should be in the business of rationing free speech. If I remember my American History correctly The express purpose of the first amendment was to insure political speech was open to all and would not ever be censored. If anyone else remembers differently would you please correct me. I would hate to be in a heated debate with a leftist and be caught using wrong "facts."
