Click the image to watch the video.  The 2nd amendment at it’s finest:

According to investigators, two armed men entered the restaurant, pointing guns and demanding money. One customer turned around and saw a gun pointed at his face. Plantation police said that’s when the customer took the law into his own hands.

“As the customer was being forced into the restroom at gunpoint, the customer, who was in fear for his life and legally armed, shot the robbery suspects,” said Plantation Police Dept. Spokesman Robert Rittig.

Police said one of the suspects was fatally shot in the head. The other man was shot in the chest and was able to run nearly 300 yards into a nearby Bank Atlantic parking lot while trying to escape, police said.

Bryan says: It may be the only time you hear a reporter describe someone who shoots and kills in legitimate self-defense as “legally armed and well within his rights.”

 This is terrible! Oh, the violence!!!

See, see, guns only cause more violence!!! No doubt the victim of this gun violence was just a poor person trying to get food, or perhaps this whole incident was George Bush’s fault, exacerbated by the evils of racism in American Society!!!

Seriously, I am glad to see a reporter finally getting it right!

I have to wonder how many ambulance chasing attornies are lined up at the hospital to take the robber’s case and file suit against Subway and the man who defended himself. God knows victims aren’t supposed to defend themselves. Don’t they know that the criminals are supposed to murder them at will without fear of anyone interfering with their criminal activities?

I had a friend who killed an escaped felon who broke into his house and fired at him. The felon was his step daughter’s ex-boyfriend and had left a number of threatening messages on the answering machine. The family tried to file a wrongful death suit against my friend. The county attorney threw them out of his office.

5, FAO, the County Atty. ought to have had that family thrown in jail as accessories after the fact.

7, Mattias, you mean did they walk into K-Mart and buy them like Michael Moore alleges? No. Did they obtain the weapons legally? No.

Now, what stupid, uninformed remark were you going to make?

8-“Did they obtain the weapons legally? No.”

Well somebody in the chain of owners must have received the robbers weapon legally, right? With that many illegal weapons on US ground, one can hardly assume that all those come from burglary in weapons shops/factories…

“Now, what stupid, uninformed remark were you going to make?”

Confess: in the most solitary corner of you conservative heart, there is a small candle burning desperately waiting for my statements so that you have something to oppose to…

10, Mike, Mattias is just an idiot. He has all this liberal bushwa to express but doesn’t understand the basic lies his crap is based on.

One thing he doesn’t understand that guns like drugs and persons flow across the borders unfettered by the government.

Mattias, how do you explain gun crime in countries like England and Australia that have essentially banned guns, and the lack of gun crime in Switzerland where every household has at least 1 fully automatic weapon and a minimum of 1000 rounds of fresh ammunition for that weapon?

even as marauding bands of “dissafected muslim youth” (otherwise known as TERRORISTS) burn their cities to the ground, assault women and jews, seek to establish sharia law throughout the EU, they can’t stop harping on “illegal weapons on US ground”

I have no idea!!! I think, M.Moore also pointed out in his film, that in Canada they have tons of firearms and fewer violent crimes with those…
Maybe it is a general violent attitude amongst people like you!
If some country does behave the way we like it- lets start a war. If somebody doesn’t fit in our morale pattern- crucify him. If I have the choice to imprison or execute a felon- murder him.

Whenever there is a choice between a radical and a non-radical solution- people like you will choose the radical one!

Sorry, MK for my distorted reality perception… I am extremely distracted by all these marauding muslim terrorists trying to set me on fire.
But seriously: if I had your perception of things, I had to assume that the US only consisted of warmongering christian fundamenatilists and drugdealing, aborting perverts… and just for the protocol: I don’t assume that!
